• Nice, soft beds.
• Did not find anything I did not like.

“Free breakfast was available, but you must get there early. The room was clean and comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was excellent.”

• The bed was extremely comfortable.
• We could not use our shower or tub because the fixtures didn't work. The floor we were on reeked of cigarette smell, which was awful.

“The hotel was really nice and the staff was helpful and friendly. It was just an inconvenience not to be able to use our bathroom to shower or bathe when we got in late from a delayed flight. After the fixtures couldn't be fixed, we were given a key to shower in another room, which was nice but still inconvenient. Although we had a smoke free room, the cigarette smell from other rooms was unbearable. It's such a nice hotel to smell the way it did. I wonder if it would be possible to put all of the smoking rooms in one section and the non- smoking rooms away from them.”

• The room was clean and I liked having a sitting area in the room. I did slightly miss not having a closet.
• The only issue was the lack of a closet (minimal issue) and some repair work not done in the bathroom (which was otherwise very nice).

“I was pleased overall with my experience at this facility and enjoyed the continental breakfast that was included.”

• Could not fit rollaway bed into room after.

• Musty smell in room.

• The linens and breakfast.
• The room seemed damp. Floors and kind of musty.

“The hotel was nice and all the people were friendly and none intrusive. The room seemed damp and musty. I was ready to leave just because of this fact. Otherwise things went well. I felt safe with my infant at the hotel and the proximity to the interstate was great.”

• The breakfast was very, very good.
• The pool was not very clean, and there were no towels left.

• Very clean and had a good breakfast.
• I was not expecting to get out by airport was far from ball field.

“This hotel is really good to stay at if you are catching a plane out of Kansas City. They have park and go. This is a plus for us when we travel. Their breakfast was better than most hotel and the staff was very friendly. The room were nice and we will stay there again.”

• Parking was bad. They had most of the lot blocked off for stripping the next day.

• We checked in about 1:00 AM in the morning. The desk manager was wide awake and made us feel very welcome at that hour. It was an excellent start.
• Hallway carpet was less than immaculate around baseboards.

“Check in was delightful, got a little apprehensive about cleanliness of hallway carpeting, but the room itself was excellent very clean, comfortable, with all the important amenities.”

• Very friendly and helpful. Our stay was excellent

“The easy access to the airport was great. There were restaurants and other things within easy access for us to do. The staff was very friendly and the hotel over-all was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that asked and I would stay here again.”

• Clean, neat and very helpful for locating good places to dine.
• The pool was a bit of a disappointment because of size.

“Overall no complaints enjoyed the stay. Beds were comfortable and I liked the shower rods being those that actully bend outside of the tub walls so you actually have room to take a shower without the curtain sticking to you all the time. The staff was also very helpful.”

• The Hampton Inn was very convenient, neat and clean, and good breakfast
• The pillows on the bead were overly springy, pretty cheap
