- Loved that we could see the whole city from our extra big window in our room!
- The elevators were somewhat slow.
“Loved the Hilton at the airport. We were there for a wedding and it was so accessible to the Zona Rosa shopping center and the highway. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean and quiet. We would stay at the Hilton again any time.”

- I liked the modern look and feel of this hotel.
- There is a lack of close services near this motel without driving.
“This is a quality hotel that has very modern touches like the newest televisions in each room. It is near the Kansas City airport and was a great. The pool area is dated but kept in good condition (old whirlpool but it still functions fine, etc.). It has a nice indoor/outdoor combination for the pool. This is a good three star.”

- The rooms were very clean.
- The pool was dirty and hot tub was below average.
“The rooms were wonderful. They were very clean and attractive. My kids loved the floor to ceiling windows and it helped me by keeping them entertained while we got ready. I was a little disappointed with the pool area. The water was dirty because the pool is inside and out but it didn't look like it had been cleaned lately. The hot tub was okay but it was secluded so I couldn't watch my kids in the pool while we were in the hot tub. Overall I would stay there again but make other arrangements for recreation.”

- The staff very nice and quick to respond to problems.
- The feather covers and pillows in rooms feathers flying all night very uncomfortable on allergies.
“This was a very nice hotel will go back and will recommend to friends and family. But just if you go there and have allergies please request a room with no feather covers or pillows. The staff at this hotel responded very quickly to my needs in that matter. They didnt have right enough pillows to swap out but the effort was great. Thanks Hilton.”

“Encountered several issues during this stay. Had to move rooms due to sewage backing up into tub (other guests had similar problems, and this has been an ongoing problem for some time). Several pillow cases were stained with various DNA examples. First answer from staff to any question you ask is "we are completely full", regardless of what the question is and the obvious fact the hotel is nearly empty. Bed was comfy, but that was about the only positive. Rooms were updated with flat panel TV's recently, but no HD programming is provided so picture quality was terrible.”

- Just didn't seem to have three star rating. More 2 star. Not so fancy as they make out to be.

- It attempted to have nice stuff for a 3 star hotel.
- It was old and the stuff was not of quality for a 3 star, the bed sheets were dirty with old blood and stains, shower drain was slow, hallways noisy.
“While it looked good and all, when I turned back our sheets the site of dried old blood was a bit disturbing and our other sheets had nasty stains on them too. The room was older and in need of repair. Room crowded. Drain in shower slow. The hallways were extremely noisy for early in the morning. All in all it was an ok hotel but not what I would expect from a Hilton. When I complained about the sheets I would expect some compensation from staff but none was given.”

- The pool area was great: heated indoor and outdoor pool.
- The price of the breakfast buffet for adults was a couple of dollars high in my opinion.
“The front desk staff was knowledgeable and polite. The room was well appointed and clean. After losing a personal item in the restaurant, it was labeled as to where it was lost, when it was lost and then bagged and sent to housekeeping's "lost and found." When I called to check on it, it was easily retrieved. Great stay. Pool and hot tub where clean and perfect temperatures.”

- Neighbors in next room loud tried coming into our room. Staff did not assist.
“The room was great. Beds were extremely comfortable. Around midnight our neighbors woke us with their loudness. When we called the front desk, they just informed us that there was no security on duty and they would call the room. After calling the room, the loud neighbors tried entering our room because they were upset about the call.”

- The bed was very comfortable.
- Woman who checked me in to the hotel was not very pleasant.

- The location and easy access.
- We were supposed to have a non smoking and we did not.
“Everything was fine except for the non smoking room as I am allergic to cigarette smoke.”

- Convenient location, clean, excellent value for rating.
- No exhaust fans in bathroom any queen beds.
“The location is great and the hotel is clean and well kept. Hotel staff is always courteous, friendly and helpful. We'll stay here whenever we can.”
