• The staff was very nice.
• The restaurant was awful and expensive, our air conditioning was broken.

“The hotel lobby was nice, but the room was mediocre at best. Our TV was really bad, and our air conditioner was completely broken. The staff was really nice though.”

• Extremely friendly check-in clerk.
• Rooms were small.

“Excellent location to the airport, but the rooms need a bit of an upgrade. I was satisfied given that I paid less (via Priceline) that I would have at a Motel 6 walk-in rate. However, it did not meet my expectations for a Hilton hotel (the rooms across the street at the Holiday Inn Express were nicer). Also, although it is par for the course to charge extra for wireless internet in upscale hotels, it is still irritating.”

• Location to airport and easy access to several highways.
• Lack of ability to access other entrance/exits after certain time. Should be able to with room key.

• Location and public spaces nice.
• Room was sub-par

“I've stayed at this hotel before and really liked it in the past. However, this time they put me in a room in the "East Wing" and it was not enjoyable. Small, dimly lit room with low ceiling; hot and humid in the elevators and hallways; long walk from the lobby or any amenities and no easy access to parking areas; poor reception on many of the TV channels. Basically, it's like you're in a segregated dungeon. Very different from the rest of the hotel.”

• Small rooms, no micro, no refrigerator, whirlpool out of order, older shower.

• I liked that a microwave was available to guests to use in the lower level vending area.
• A small fridge would be helpful especially when traveling with small children.

• Convenient airport shuttle, comfortable beds, other guests were mostly business professionals who were friendly and respectful
• The room was not as clean as I would have liked. Had to wipe a spill off of a leather chair

“Overall, it was a nice facility with nice amenities. Excellent work-out room and pool. Spacious lounge with work and/or conversation areas. Loved the convenience of being able to print out my boarding pass in the lobby! A bit disappointed with cleanliness of my room. The chair at the desk looked as though something had been spilled on it and I had to wipe it down. For the price I paid, I was extremely happy but I feel it definately is not worth the regular prices they have listed on their website. Had to pay $10 a day for wireless internte...really, is this necessary??? Make it part of the room fee! And if you're going to charge for internet access put more then 2 computers in the "free" computer use room.”

• Great beds.
• Maid service comes at 8am then every hour on the hour.

“Do not go to this hotel if you are looking to catch up on some rest or are not planning to arise early. The maids come at 8 am. This was my 5th time staying at this hotel. They come at 8 am to do housekeeping then come every hour on the hour. I have complained religiously. That is a huge negative because I get a great rate on priceline and it is extremely convenient and the facilities are very nice. 5 star if you have a flight before 8 am.”

• The front desk was always swamped, an obnoxious phone ring was always going.

“Average, hard to get in to. There is no main street access. You have to find your way around the back of the hotel.”

• The bed was very comfortable and no airplane noise.
• Carpeting in the room was worn; front desk help was indifferent.

“The hotel is clean and mostly well-maintained. The elevators came quickly and our room was easy to find. The furnishings were in good condition and the bedding appeared almost new. The carpeting in the room was puckered and worn in spots. The flat-screen television was a nice touch, although the volume levels varied widely from channel to channel. Despite being so close to the airport, outside noise was minimal. The staff seemed very busy and fairly indifferent to providing a truly exceptional experience. I would stay at this hotel again.”

• Most comfortable beds ever!
• No complimentary breakfast.

“The rooms were attractive and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't hear any noise either from the airport or other guests. The pool area was a little run-down, but the fitness center was excellent. The staff was very helpful.”

• Really close to KC hotel.
• The pool wasn't kid-friendly, hot tub was inoperative.

“This hotel was perfect for having to make an early flight at KC airport. The room was nice and the hotel restaurant food was good. They did charge for leaving our car in their lot, which was a bit ridiculous as it was half empty. The pool was not suitable for little kids.”

• The furnishings in the room were very nice. I really loved the bed and bedding!
• The pool area could use a little attention.

• The hotel was clean, pool nice, location was great.
• Hotel bathroom not laid out very well.

“Check-in was smooth. However, the staff is relatively unfriendly. Not rude, just not hospitable. No friendly hellos or how is your stay. Hotel was very convenient to shopping, airport, and sites. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Towels were in short supply in the room, and bathroom laid out strangely. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets. Coffee in room very good, and in the lobby as well was appreciated. We enjoyed the pool. We would visit again.”

• The room was a little small.

“This hotel was very nice. Clean, bright. Our room had a wall of windows to look out over the airport. Everything was quite expensive, but that comes with staying at the Hilton. The bed was comfortable, the shower was spacious and clean.”

“Hotels was nice and clean. No real extras. Beds and linens were very comfortable just extremely small. (You can barely fit two adults on one bed.) Computer check in was fantastic. I was shown all available rooms and able to pick the floor and bed layout (1 king or 2 double) we preferred for no extra charge.”

• This place is fantastic. Great fitness area.
• Near airport far away from things.

“I really love this hotel. The staff is great and very helpful. The fitness area is really nice with individualized TVs at every station. Also free water and headphones. Pool is great with an inside and outside and a hot tub. Rooms are comfortable with great bathroom products. Feather pillows are plentiful and soft. Beds are so comfortable that you don't want to get up in the morning. Room service was good and quick but kind of expensive. There is shopping and food close by but it is a little far from the city. All in all I have been consistently impressed with this hotel and will stay there again.”

“Great hotel but they are not business friendly. No wireless internet or internet usage in the business center without very high charges. I've never seen a computer with a credit card slot attached to it! Crazy. In this day and age, even the most basic of hotels do not charge for using their computer in the business center.”

• We stay at this hotel quite a bit. I love the outside trails and pool area.
• It's hard to get a king size bed at this hotel.

“The hotel walking trail is peaceful and a nice walk to unwind. The pool area is great. It is hard to get a king size bed, so we either have to be squished together or sleep in separate beds. It is near places to shop and eat. We have taken our grandbabies to this hotel before and they still talk about going back and they are only 3 and 5 years old. We have gone there so many times it feels like home without the work. We feel safe and feel safe to walk outside. Nearby are great parks for families. This time I forgot my face cream and to my delight, they had a small tube of moisturizer next to the shampoo.”
