• Location was great.
• Internet did not work well. NO water pressure!

“The hotel was safe and in a central location. Microwave and lg. frig in the room. There was NO water pressure. I took an hour to run bath water, no lie! The Internet was about the speed of dial-up. We had to use our air-card. There was no attendant at breakfast, therefore everything was pretty messy. I had to clear off tables. Some of the tiles in the bathroom were missing grout and lose. Sheets on bed were frayed.”

“The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The property, facilities, and room were clean, attractive, and spacious. The Fairfield Inn is conveniently located and within minutes of any need that a visitor might desire. My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next trip to Long view.”

• Great location; clean; friendly; best continental breakfast I've seen in a long time.
• Wish there were trays in the breakfast area where you could easily take food back to your room.

“Very pleased with this hotel---the location is great!! Clerks were very friendly and helpful with directions around town. Rooms were clean and roomy with refrigerators and microwaves in addition to coffee maker. Also, the best continental breakfast I have seen in a long time--plenty of choices!!”

• It was clean, comfortable and easily accessible to outside activities.
• There was a "tad bit" of mold growing around the "handicap bar" in the tub.

• Great quality rooms and amenities, breakfast, hot tub and indoor pool.
• The hotel clerk confused me with someone else and told me erroneously that my reservation was cancelled.

“Overall, we were very pleased with our hotel and our experience. We got a wonderful room at a great hotel at an unbeatable price!”
