• The rooms were clean and comfortable.
• Upon entering, the hoel smelled of bleach, do to the pool being indoors and less than 20 ft from the desk.

“I didn't stay at this hotel, my grandmother did, so the scale of the facilities was very important to me. Upon entering you were a little overpowered by bleach, but at least you know the pool is clean. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, as far as I could tell, and the facilities were as well. The only other con is that there was some minor graffiti in the elevator, though some of it was scratched in and would be hard to remove. Overall, I would stay here myself and put other family up here as well.”

• It was close to the attractions we wanted to visit in Missouri and Kansas.
• Did not meet my expectations, room was small, no microwave or fridge in the room.

“This hotel is probably best for one night unless you are a business traveler. The room was clean, the sink in the bathroom was clogged and the bathroom light flickered. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

• Very clean, comfortable beds.
• We paid the extra for a large room with hot tub the tub was a small corner tub odd shaped and uncomfortable. Not worth the extra money.

“Clean friendly, great free breakfast, however the extra amenities we ask for were not worth the money. We asked for a hot tub smoking room got a small triangle shaped bath tub with four jets oddly placed. Very uncomfortable not very useful.”

• I liked the fact that I only needed to stay there for 10 hours.
• The ridiculous bathroom.

“This hotel was poorly designed, it is not user friendly. The proximity of the parking to the rooms is deplorable.”

• I felt that it was a clean basic hotel. No frills.
• I had to wait for quite a while to check out. The person at the desk was preoccupied with her computer.

“This hotel is good. It is an inexpensive, no frills hotel. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly when I asked questions. However, they were busy with their own things and I had to wait for a while a couple times.”

• Great pool and first floor location of the room made it a breeze.
• The bed was not the most comfortable, pillow tops are needed.

• The receptionist at the front was kind and helpful. That's the only good thing that place had going on.
• My hotel room smelled like a cat had peed in it for days. The carpets were wet, and they were banging on the roof until after 9 pm.

“I have nothing good to say. I had a terrible time there and wish I had stayed somewhere else.”

• Girl at the front desk (Ashley) was very helpful. Breakfast was good.
• The light in our room kept going on and off.

• Every staff member smiled on duty smiled and made you feel welcome.
• There wasn't anything we did not like.

“I would highly recommend this hotel. My daughter and I love to shop in the Kansas city area. This was our first trip to the northwest side. It was close to many shopping areas and great restaurants.”
