• There was NOT one thing that I did not like.

• Great View
• AC in the room did not work and we were up until 3am

“Overall the Hotel is Great. The A/C in the room was not working properly and we were up until 3 am. The opened the door to the room next door and it finally cooled off.”

• The hotel was in a great location to the Kemah boardwalk. We really enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the bay.
• Neither my husband nor I like elevators. We heard that the elevator had gotten stuck the week before; so, we walked up 8 flights of stairs!

“Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We would have liked to have gotten to go swimming in the nice pool, but the rain and thunderstorm kept us from doing that. It was quite amazing, though, overlooking the bay and seeing the streaks of lightning hit the water! I would definitely recommend the hotel to others.”

• Staff knowledge of reading reservations and giving them to the right guest

“My reserved room was given to another person with the same last name. It too 30 - 45 minutes to get everything straightend out and I was late to a wedding rehersal due to this. Other than the check-in incident, the hotel was a great place to stay.”

• The view of clear lake was beautiful!

“The location was great and the view was wonderful. The free breakfest had a great selection.Our room was very nicely decorated and was very comfortable. Everyone-staff and guest-were extremly friendly. We can't wait to go back.”

• No shuttle service to Boardwalk, Kind of run-down", little older hotel"

“This hotel is perfect if you want to go to Galveston, Kemah Boardwalk, or NASA for a brief stay. It is right on the Bay(Nassau?); the view from the hotel is magnificent. We stay at this hotel for a short fun get-away that is still quite close to home. Jet skis and boat rentals are not too expensive and are located at the base of the hotel. The staff is friendly and always available.”

• Soft beds and pillows were provided by friendly staff. Room had excellent view of the bay.
• We had a small room and could not request additional beds or rooms at the similar price.

“We were blown away by the awesome hotel with a fabulous view of the lake. We continue to tell many people about how wonderful this experience was. There was also a fabulous gift shop at the hotel and very nice Sunday breakfast bar. We would love to stay there again.”

“This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Clear Lake easily accessible from Houston, Galveston, or anywhere in the Pasadena area. My experience was perfect; I needed a place to get away from everything" to work on a research paper, and the room was roomy and beautiful. Food from room service was quick and fabulous!"”

• Very nice large room with a great view.
• Our room had ants even though we were on the 6th floor and one bit my granddaughter. Also we could hear the radio and the man in the next room talking

“All in all, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the pool, even though it was too cold. Had a nice view of the bay and right on the docks. We were close to Shopping and restaurants.”

• The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was glad they had a fitness room.

• The hotel was very elegant, more than I expected for the price I paid.
• It was a little hard to find, but not because of the hotel, just because of the area it was in.

“This hotel was great. At check in, the staff upgraded our room to a lake view room, of course, at no extra charge. We didn't even have to ask for it. Once we settled into our room, the front desk called to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The room was beautiful, with plenty of space. Staying at this hotel was a great experience.”

“Although several years old, the NASA Hilton is very nice inside. The Marina Bar & Grill downstairs has good food and great views of Clear Lake and the Marina. Our room was spacious and very, very clean. The bed was really comfortable and we had our own thermostat to control temperature. We ordered breakfast the night before and it was delivered right on time and piping hot the next morning. An excellent stay and we highly recommend this hotel for just a night's getaway or an extended stay.”

• The bathroom sink could have been a little more cleaner. Under the rim was black in one spot.

• The road to the hotel was having some construction and other parts of the road definitely needed work.

• some of my view was nice
• room very worn with usage, few TV channels

“Grand entrance leads to mediocre rooms. Large window view mostly looks upon ugly roof of first floor. I stayed at Hilton Clear Lake.”

“Dirty, Dispointing, Depressing. It was very suprising to see the Hilton in such bad condition. From walking in the front to the lobby's and the room had 2 single beds which we would want a king or a queen size bed.”

“The Hilton Nassau Bay is in desperate need of updating. The bath tub was cracked and had a gouge in it. The tile grout was rusted, which made the bathroom unappealing. The view from the room overlooking the lake was fantastic and the location was perfect! Service was also excellent. Room quality is not what I have come to expect from the Hilton. Thanks!”

“Room was fine, ceiling in room had damages from water from air conditioner that had been very poorly repaired. Air conditioner was very noisy, made clicking noise that was unusual. Staff and service were great.”

“The hotel was wonderful! It was close to what we wanted. All the rooms had a beautiful view of the bay! My husband and I got it for $90 less than the going rate! Check in was no problem and went quickly.”
