• Dirty Room.

“Room was very dirty. Also alarm clock in neighboring unoccupied room went off at 6 a.m. At a very loud volume and housekeeping took over 30 minutes to shut it off.”

• The location was good because it was close to Nasa.
• Not a very family friendly hotel.

“I saw quite a few people just hanging out at the hotel that appeared to live there. They would be just hanging out outside their room leaning against the railing gaulking at people that walked by. I felt uncomfortable allowing my wife to leave the room without an escort. I also double checked to make sure I locked the car and always took anything with value with me when I left.”

• NASA road 1 is under construction. There is a real pain!

“Nice room, friendly staff, terrible location due to the heavy construction being performed on NASA Road One. Would appreciate a listing which converts local TV channels to the Cable TV numbers.”

• Great location. Clean. Fridge and Microwave are nice.
• A lot of construction going on by the hotel made driving tricky.

• I like the location because it is close to Galveston, NASA, and Kema.
• I have stayed in 2 occasions. the first time my room was not cleaned the second time the air conditioner was leaking.

“I like the hotel it just needs some minor repairs but other than that I enjoyed my stay and I will stay again in the near future. Your staff was very pleasant”

“We enjoyed our stay here and the two men at the front desk couldn't have been any more friendly. It was very clean and centrally located to where we were going. The ONLY bad thing was the road construction!! Thanks for a great stay.”

• Broken fixture in bath room, broken locks on main door/bath door, old food in fridge, flat old pillows, no Internet connections.

“For the price, this hotel shows like a motel. Staffs treat us with an attitude (as if we were low class individuals). I have also reserved and paid for another hotel in San Antonio for this trip but did not stay there, I have disappointed my wife with the Quality Inn in Nasa. ”

• Very professional staff and friendly. Excellent room and price.
• Location is in a slightly remote location, but felt safe and easy to find.

“The check-in was VERY simple. Staff eager and willing to help and please. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was nice and palm trees in the courtyard and grounds gave it a nice appearance. Continental breakfast was a big PLUS. Microwave and refrigerator in the room made it very handy for traveling with children. I recommend this motel to anyone, and HAVE!”

• For the price, this hotel was fair.
• No breakfast in the morning

“The hotel staff could have been friendlier. I walked in, they asked to see my drivers license, verified who I was and said my room is #213. No thank you, no smile and again, no breakfast in the a.m. There was heavy road construction in front of the hotel (I know it's not their fault) and the front was no well lit.”

• Night manager did not seem friendly.

“Breakfast was not included. He seemed very rude and I did not have the energy to argue with him. I was disappointed with this experience.”

• The friendly staff and location of the hotel.
• The room was not seen by housekeeping daily and had poor room service.

“The hotel was nice and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. We were not use to the area ,so the location was great for us to go out and return without any trouble. When we needed directions or advice on local places , the staff was there to help. We recommend the hotel for anyone who is looking for a nice, quite, friendly and helpful place to stay.”

“Quality Inn NASA is a good deal for the thrifty business traveler visiting Clear Lake/NASA area of Houston. Room has ironing board and iron, table you can use for a desk, nice half-size fridge. I chose this hotel because they have wireless internet access - it worked flawlessly and I was not disappointed.”
