• Hotel remedied problem that arose in a timely manner.
• Pool closed early.

“Room was adequate, unfortunate that a double room is only full size beds vs. queen. Pool closes at 10, rather than 11 like most hotels. Staff remedied problem that arose in a timely fashion.”

• Clean and economical with friendly staff.
• Mattress was uncomfortable for me but not for my husband.

“Motel has clean, well stocked rooms. Attractive pool/hot tub area. Average continental breakfast. Great staff.”

• They gave us free drink coupons to a steak house when I asked for a recommendation.
• There was an iron but no ironing board.

“The hotel was nice. Had to stay in a smoking room though. Smelled bad. Bought a candle & burned it all night. The staff was very accommodating & friendly.”

• Quiet and had everything I needed.
• Smoking rooms on the first floor. Move them upstairs so we don't have to walk through it.

• Pool, hot tub, and breakfast.
• Major room mistake - requested and confirmed a non smoking room w/2 beds, room was a 1 bed handicapped smoking room.

“It took the desk clerk to call her boss to resolve my room problem, then at check out the deck clerk tried to charge me a second time for my room!”

• the good separation between smoking and non smoking rooms
• beds were very bouncy would have liked a little firmer

“the Amerihost Inn in Storm Lake was just what we needed for the weekend of our son's wedding. It was convenient to where we needed to be. There were good restaurants nearby and nothing was too far to be inconvenient.”
