• I was a fast check in and out.
• The walls are aper thin.

• Clean.
• The blow drier broke. Lobby restroom was not working properly.

• Close access to University of Kansas, breakfast.
• Difficulty in road access turning left out of parking lot.

“Convenient access to University of Kansas, clean with spacious rooms, in-room refrigerator and good continental breakfast. Accessible to suburban restaurants and not too far from downtown.”

• This is a very good hotel; the continual breakfast was very good; I would tell my friends about it.
• Did not find any thing.

• Had in room microwave and refrigerator
• Fire alarm went off, and staff did not care or respond

“The rooms are nice and have the all the features we like. However staff was not responsive to the alarm going off, just stated after I went to the desk and finally found someone that it is common for the alarm to go off when you use the heat after it has not been used for several months. TV remote was not in the room, and the first one they gave us did not work. Coffee pot in the room did not work according to the in-room instructions. I cannot recommend this hotel due to the staff. We were really disappointed as we have always liked best western in the past.”

• Front desk is always so friendly and welcoming!
• We had to pay $20 more than usual because it was a special event weekend.

• It was close to the college and easy to get to.
• I felt like I got a bad room because I got a lower rate on the internet.

“The staff was very rude to me when I ask them to put me in a better room that was not in the middle of where they were remodeling. They said that was the only room they had left when the hotel was not booked. After I complained about the construction they miraculously found another room for me. I felt like they put me over there because they save the "good" rooms for the people that pay full price. I like the idea of getting a good rate on the internet, but not at the expense of the quality of the room.”
