• Breakfast bar--Excellent!
• Pillow smelled of cigarette smoke.

“Excellent breakfast bar. Clean room. Had a smoke smelling pillow in a non-smoking room.”

• Convenience. The staff was friendly & helpful.
• I am spoiled and missed MY bed.

“Quality Inn, although an older building, had been refurbished and was a very welcome surprise. It did not have the usual stale odor of a lot of motels that allow smoking etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

• Convenient, spacious, and very quiet. Every evening I was in late from meetings, and no noise was nice.
• Not enough parking, I had to park in another parking lot and jump off a retaining wall to get to the hotel.

“I would stay here again. The staff was not that friendly. But everything else was good.”

• Location, people, great continual breakfast.
• Parking was a chore, crowded small spaces; water was not warm enough for the shower.

“This was a nice hotel, staff is very friendly, breakfast was great, but the rooms were just so.”

• Staff was helpful, accommodating, and very friendly!
• Non-smoking rooms that smell like stale smoke!

“The staff was excellent. Our non-smoking room had burns in the old carpet and smelled like stale smoke. One room was bad enough to warrant a change. Clerk was very helpful in making the change for us. It's not the "Ritz" but it will do when we visit KU.”

• Easy to get to where we needed to be.
• Room location.

“There were 13 cars in the parking lot when we arrived about 9:30 pm. We were given a room on the third floor, which wasn't bad. However, we were given one of 3 on that floor that faced a busy and noisy road. It was late and we were tired or we would have requested another room. There surely were a lot of empty rooms there.”

• Nothing. I checked out of it. It was dirty, old bed linens, cigarette burns. I will never stay in a Quality Inn again.
• This is the second time in the past 6 months at a Quality Inn that this has happened.

“The management was very understanding about my need to check out. It was dreary, dirty, burns on the bedspread and the pillows looked like they were about ten years old. The last straw was hair on my daughters sheets. When we left, there were 2 men in their car that had been arguing in their car when we checked in, drive up to us to harass us and park behind our car. We ignored them and kept moving and changed hotels. ”

• The bed was so comfy!
• Nothing disliked.

“This hotel was just for a quick one night stay. Drove up to see a show, then just went back to the hotel. Suited us perfect! Staff was friendly, and helpful!”

• Room was small, but immaculate. Nice amenities included an iron, ironing board, and safe for valuables. Office was close by. No outside traffic noise
• Room temperature a little difficult to adjust. Room a bit too warm.

“Pets were permitted, but this was no problem for me and would be a real plus for those who like to travel with their dogs. The continental breakfast was more than adequate, and I was glad to find they had one of those automatic waffle-makers. I would rate this an excellent choice for the business traveler. ”
