• Friendly staff.
• Bad neighborhood.

“The room was hot. My children and me were about to sweat to death in there. Everything was unplugged when we entered the room. The hotel is right next to the ghetto, and some thugs where looking around the vehicles.”

• Cleanliness of the room was excellent and the friendly and helpful staff.
• It is a motel. I prefer a hotel.

“I was in Houston for a funeral. The motel was close to Hobby airport and easy to find. The room had been recently remodeled. The bathroom was immaculate. Not a fancy or romantic place but a good place to stay.”

• Room key wouldn't always work.
