• Full kitchen.
• The noise in the room above.

“This is an extended stay motel with a full kitchen. The towels etc. Are self service but the price particularly for longer stays is good.”

• My room was infested with cockroaches.

“I was extremely disappointed for choosing this hotel. The first night I found one death cockroach on the kitchen counter and two more on the walls. I arrived late and there was not front desk service so I had to spent the night with roaches in a dirty, urinated room. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.”

• Dirty, staff not accommodating, advertised amenities not available or not working.

“This hotel did not meet any acceptable standards. The appliances were not in working order. The wireless internet was not available for several days. The rooms were not cleaned "due to staff availability". The available staff was not accommodating. The noise was intolerable. Besides that and more, safety was an issue my car was vandalized in the parking lot and my gps was stolen.”

• The price was very low.
• Everything about it was filthy. Elevator smelled like something had died in it, and did not work half the time.

“Absolutely the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Thin walls, I could hear everything in the hotel. The most uncomfortable bed and paper thin pillows. I killed roaches in my room on a daily basis. Everything was dirty and smelly. The hotel is in a very bad part of town. I left a week early and stayed at a different hotel. Do not stay here.”

• I don't have anything good to say about it. It was a complete dump.
• This place was absolutely filthy. Smelt really bad.

“I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. The halls always stunk and were never vacuumed once while I was there. I know this because the same trash was on the floor my entire stay. The trashcans in the hallways were always full with an additional 2 or 3 full bags lying beside them. This is what gave the hotel its stench. The elevator smelled like a public bathroom and was never swept or mopped during my stay. I eventually started using the stairs. Travelers beware of this hotel. It is in a very rough part of town.”
