• Overall appearance.

“I loved the location of the hotel as it was near the family and friends I was visiting. The internet was free. But for a 3 star rating, I thought it was low budget. The hallway smelled funny. The drapes were run down. But the room was nice and comfortable. I think the hotel was just very old and needed updating.”

• Inexpensive to stay here.
• Dated and loud A/C - High speed internet was broken.

“This was a very basic inexpensive room. The in room air conditioner was an older unit, and very loud. The high speed internet is free, but the unit in our room was broken. The bed was comfortable, but the blankets are well worn. When my stay was extended for a night, I paid a little more to stay at the local Marriott and was much happier with that hotel.”

• Room was spacious. Two story atrium with indoor/outdoor pool.
• Shower did not work properly.

“Staff was friendly and casual. Rooms was clean. Breakfast was simple but fresh. Atrium area was very nice.”

• The room was large.
• The hotel was an older building that had been renovated to appear up to date.

• Very helpful staff.
• We reserved a non smoking room but were put in a smoking room. It was changed next day.
