• Close to major highways.
• Night check in clerk.

“This hotel is very accessible by major highways. The rooms are clean but much older looking. Bed was OK and clean quaint rooms.”

• The hotel was clean and affordable.
• Disappointed not able to get smoke free room.

“The hotel was clean and affordable. However, the hotel employees made you feel uncomfortable like they were spying on you. I was disappointed because one night the Satellite went out. Some of the channels were working and the only time it could be repaired was the next working day after I left. The front parking lot was small. However, they did have additional parking but that was behind the building and no one parked back there because it was dark.”

• The continental breakfast (especially the coffee) was severely lacking.

“This was a bizarrely attractive room for the price. Staff kept it clean, and were very helpful. It also had free wireless. The cable TV offerings were meager; the breakfast consisted solely of processed food and simple carbohydrates - but for this price; this was a luxury hotel.”

• I liked the size and accomodations of the room
• I did not like the driveway entry, it was potentially damaging to vehicle

“The hotel was clean and comfortable. there was not a lot of traffic or noise. I liked the fact that check out was at noon as opposed to most motels/hotels whee it is normally 10AM or 11AM”

• Coffee maker did not work, told staff and did not get fixed.

“It was okay. Not enough safe parking. There was enough parking, but the back section was not safe.”

• The size of the room.
• There were several guests that had their vehicles broken into while staying there.

“The rooms were clean and had great accommodations as well as the mattress being comfortable. The TV channel selection was small especially being there for an extended stay like we were. There was parking issue, not enough parking for the rooms, and in a certain location in the parking area there were several other guests that had their vehicles broken into. (They were there on business for Hurricane Ike roofers etc). The front desk should be willing to work with guests on situations like Hurricane Ike, when you don't know how long you will stay.”

• It was very roomy and although it was not on the room description, the couch made out into a bed to give you more sleeping space.
• Pool was milky looking due to too much chlorine.

• I liked the area, the faculty, staff and the swimming pool. Can't forget how comfortable the room was.
• I liked everything about it.

“It was really easy you find and when we got there it was so fast and friendly. I gave the man at the front desk my name, he immediately gave me my room key and sent me on my way. The room was so comfortable, cozy, clean and smell good. The swimming pool was so clean very clean and the area the super 8 was in had a lot of restaurants around it and it was a good trip and a go stay overall.”

• Cheap!

“Pretty much what I expected. I didn't have trouble parking, but I could see that it might be a problem--not as many spots as rooms, at least on the front where I was. clean enough, near a major highway.”

• It was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were very nice.
• More parking and expected more towels.

“The rooms looked nice and were in excellent condition. Everything was very clean and the staff accommodated us with our needs. We expected to have more towels but since we only stayed one night, it wasn't necessary to ask for more. The only thing that I would like is for breakfast to be served later. Everything was excellent.”

• Nothing.
• No parking, rude staff, not enough for everyone.

“Rude staff, not enough parking, no breakfast, smells, not close to really anything. I do not recommend this one especially to a family. They are greedy on extra towels and everything. Pool was extremely dirty.”

• It was convenient to have the continental breakfast and internet access.
• This hotel is 6 miles from the galleria so you will need a rental car.

“Property is okay but you will need transportation to get to any of the attractions. Staff was polite but not very friendly. Internet access is limited, you will not be able to check your emails but you can view pages. Overall it was adequate.”

• I like the fact that it was very easy to get to from the highway.
• I didn't really like the surrounding area that the hotel was located.

“For a quick overnight stay, this place was very reasonable and its very easy to find. The highway is near so its easy to get back on the road from the hotel. The room was clean, we had plenty of towels and the air conditioner was working properly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.”

• It was a good location to restaurants and shopping, but a little far from where I needed to be.
• A little far from where I needed to be at, but that is ok.

“I didn't know what to expect from a Super 8 Motel. The place was excellent! It's in a quiet location, very clean, bathrooms are nice (granite tops), very close to the freeway, and great overall value for the buck!”

• Through fridge?
• Horrible continental breakfast.

“Cheapest continental breakfast in my life. Also, the desk man seemed very stingy. Would not even let me use his pencil for 5 seconds without making a big deal. Did not thank me or anything for using his hotel. The shower only lets a drip of water out. No snack machines, etc.”
