• The staff was very friendly!
• There isn't anything I didn't like!

“The staff at the front desk was amazing. Later on in the evening I went to the restaurant and the staff there was very friendly as well. I felt like they accepted everyone like they were family. The room was very clean, but I woke with a sore back the following morning. ”

• Very helpful staff. Went out of their way to be helpful and informative.
• I went to use the internet, but the system was down for the period of time I was there.

• The pool area is beautiful.
• We refused to eat in their in the hotel restaurant because they allowed smoking and was very small.

“Our non-smoking room was clean and the shower has a liquid soap dispenser, which is different. If you smoke, you'll like the hotel because they allow smoking in their small restaurant/bar. If you do not want second-hand smoke, you'll have to leave to eat dinner. The continental breakfast was cold but adequate for most people. It is located in the same little restaurant.”

• The restaurant was cozy and the food was excellent.
• The beds were quite low to the floor.

“We stayed at the hotel while visiting my sister and brother in law in Cherokee. The four of us had an extremely good meal in the restaurant, very relaxing in a cozy atmosphere. The room was clean and the people were friendly. We would definitely stay there again when we visit.”

• Great atmosphere, good perks.
• Check in staff was a bit harsh.

“The hacienda was a great stay, complimentary beverage, excellent food at a reasonable price, great decor with a fun pool area, easily accessible to many other businesses.”
