• Quiet, close to my business, value as a Priceline visitor.
• The bathroom is a little small, short toilets and a little cramped.

• The Koi pond was awesome! It was an unexpected treat.
• The outdoor water area paled in comparison. Gray water and trash.

“It was a very nice hotel. It was full the night of our stay but was very quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Told us what time we should leave to get to Reliant stadium in time for our event and offering restaurant advice.”

• Outstanding common areas and room. Excellent service.
• The lawn sprinklers need to be adjusted away from sidewalk.

“The lobby area is dramatic with a beautiful Koi pond with walkways over and adjacent. The hotel staff are well trained, seen/heard only when needed, much like a Ritz Carleton. Free parking and well lighted throughout.”

• The staff!

“Whether it's for business or pleasure, I would recommend the OMNI to anyone! Check in/out is a breeze, the restaurant staff is excellent and there's not been one hotel that I can say that I've stayed in since 1979 that has treated its guest so consistently!”

• The coffee shop closed to early.

• The staff was friendly and very attentive to my needs.
• With all the construction going on it was difficult to get in and out of the hotel.

“A beautiful hotel with friendly staff and a nice bar in the lobby. Area road construction made access a little difficult, but this was not the fault of the hotel, and should be completed soon. Would recommend to anyone.”

• The bed linens are great.
• We did have to park quite a distance from the hotel entrance. It was a busy weekend, obviously.

“Our room was initially way too cold. Several calls to maintenance and subsequent attempts to adjust the thermostat proved futile. We were moved to a room down the hall that had adequate climate control. Aside from the slight inconvenience incurred in this incident, we were well pleased with the hotel.”

• The public spaces were wonderful, with the indoor "lake" and fish.
• No vending machines and of course the minibar was expensive.

“Would love to go back on a romantic weekend and be able to spend time in the hotel itself. The lobby was wonderful, with an indoor "lake" stocked with fish. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The beds were okay, although not spectacularly comfortable like most 3-4 star hotels are doing now.”

“The hotel is what acceptable for the price I paid however, I would not have paid the so called going rate at that particular property as I thought that was way too high. A lot of construction around the hotel made access in a out difficult.”

• Entrance into the hotel was a little confusing.

“I really liked this hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, comfortable, and had nice amenities. I was surprised that the hotel didn't seem to have a "green" program. I didn't see any energy efficient light bulbs, water conservations measures, or in room recycling containers.”

• The hotel was romantic/relaxing from the front door on.
• Our window view was a roof and more rooms.

“This was a best friends mini vacation and met every expectation we had. After long days of shopping, it was nice to know we had somewhere beautiful, clean and relaxing to "go home to". This was great!”

• Roadway construction makes this hotel difficult to get to.

“I would rate this hotel as a 3 1/2. It just misses a 4 but is over 3. It was clean, interesting, quiet and reasonably up to date. They should put up signs directing people from the highway to the entrance since road construction makes it difficult to negotiate.”

• Beautiful lobby area, with water feature. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Convenient for shopping being near large mall.
• Minor grumble, but the bathroom was tiny, very tight on space. Well appointed and nicely decorated with granite counter tops etc, but tiny!

“Great location for business traveler, near to all major offices on Houston's I 10 "energy corridor", free hotel shuttle bus to and from locations. Also good for the shopper, being within easy drive distance of 2 of Houston's largest malls. Hotel is very attractive, with a beautiful lobby area, with small lake with fish etc central to the design. Small coffee shop provides an easy breakfast option for those on the go. Room was nicely decorative and well appointed. Bed comfortable and although hotel close to I 10 freeway not too noisy when trying to sleep. Free covered parking, or a valet option. I did not dine in the hotel so can not comment on the food. Would happily return again.”

• I enjoyed the employees they were all very nice and helpful.
• I didn't like the swimming pool, it looked like they didn't take the time to take care of the pools maintenance.

• Very few English speakers at check-out.

“The hotel clearly is not designed as a high-service property. I had to carry all my own bags when I arrived at around 10:30 pm which was really no problem. In fact, based on the almost annoying service in the morning, I was wishing I could just handle things on my own then too. The overnight manager was great. Great attitude, great service.”

• AC Did not work correctly in our two rooms.

“Too many VIP vehicles and shuttles parked in front door. AC did not work correctly in either room that we had. There was no cold water at the faucet. Hot water came out of both sides. Pool was nice, weight room was nice.”

“The check in clerk said that she would only give us a one bed room for my wife, me and two teenage children. At first she said that she couldn't change it, but then said she would sell us another room with two beds in it. My wife, who was checking in, met another guest who walked up and he hearing our dilemma offer his two bed room for our one. The clerk, now embarrassed, then magically "found" a two bed room.”

“I have stayed at this location a few times and I highly recommend it. The hotel is conveniently located right off I-10, has free parking, the rooms are roomy, have modern decor, down comforters and lots of pillows. My favorite part of the hotel is their lobby. They have a huge pond that runs through the lobby and the water sounds so peaceful. The atmosphere in the lobby is romantic and has little niches to sit and talk.”

• The ambiance, the beauty of the hotel. It was totally first class.
• I wasn't crazy about the steak that I ate.

• Wireless connection was difficult to establish and some of the wait staff in the restaurant were difficult to understand.
