• Nice staff and very helpful!
• The hotel desk person during the day could not give us directions to the motel. She had no idea where we were coming from or where Omaha was.

• We enjoyed the swimming pool, the free breakfast and the comfort of the room.

“Check in was easy, the kids loved the pool, we all got a good nights sleep in a clean room, and the free breakfast had something good for everyone. I would recommend this hotel.”

• The staff was friendly and eager to please.
• The first room was old, no view, air conditioner did not work well but they moved us quickly to another.

“This is an older hotel, and depending on which wing your room is in, you could have a nice room or an older-style less-attractive one. The staff is very friendly and the atrium was lovely. Plenty of restaurants around and easy access to the highway.”

• We liked the atmosphere of the public area. It was unique.
• The breakfast looked much better than it tasted - very little seasoning used.

“Ramada personnel were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the uniquely designed public area. On the down side only one elevator was in working order and the free breakfast certainly wasn't very tasty.”

• The room was clean and the fridge was a nice size.
• There were several events in town, so even with the discount the hotels jacked all the prices up.

“We were not at the hotel much, but the rooms were clean and the service was good. We had a suite, so it was nice to have the two bathrooms. The fridge was a good size (we brought a cooler to pack our lunches) and it was nice to have a microwave. The complimentary breakfast was good and appreciated with our busy schedule.”

• The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.
• The pool was filthy and too hot. The facility has seen better days.

“The cost of the room versus the quality of the hotel was disproportionate. Outdated, cramped, and rather ugly. The pool was disgusting and showed obvious signs of neglect.”

• There was not anything that I did not like about this hotel, the staff was exceptional!
• There was not anything that I did not like.

“I had a great stay and was surprised at the quality of this hotel. The staff was great, the pool was great, the restaurant was excellent, even the free breakfast was excellent.”

• Easy access, well lighted parking, friendly and helpful desk personnel, smoke free room, free breakfast.
• Electric outlets on one wall did not work, leftover chocolate bar and pen cap from previous tenant laying on floor next to bed.

• The non smoking rooms were on separate floors from the smoking ones.
• It was a holiday and the restaurant in the hotel was closed. Would not be bad if there was other food close by.

• The tower rooms were much better than the rating would indicate.
• The breakfast buffet was horrid.

“Not the most convenient part of town for the leisure traveler. The selection of places to eat and things to do close to the hotel was very limited. Ask for a tower room. They are newer, cleaner, and much nicer. Those rooms were better than the star rating would indicate. Avoid the free breakfast buffet if at all possible; it was the worst I have seen. Even the toast was too stale to be edible. The indoor pool was very small, and adults should not count on quiet time in the hot tub. It is right next to the pool which during our stay had a very large group of loud kids with one adult who made no effort to keep them from disturbing the rest of the guests.”

“Room was comfortable, spacious, well kept. Free breakfast was tasty. Check in staff very accommodating and pleasant. Not enough parking in to access lobby (more parking across the street which was not agreeable). Overall, a good stay.”

• Pillow top beds, fluffy pillows, 3 pillows on each bed, coffee, iron, cable, hair dryer, shampoo, breakfast.
• Parking was some what scarce due to the weddings at the hotel.

“We loved this hotel and will probably stay here when we are in town again. The rooms were clean, new carpet in ours, our weekend came with 1 free breakfast but when we got locked out of our room, they camped us another one for free, the breakfast was a hot buffet style, it was good. It's a little bit of a trek from the lobby to the elevators and we could have used a luggage cart near by to help with the load in and out, but all and all, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to return. It was rainy that weekend to we didn't get to do all we planned so we will be back. Great deal on my room too.”

• We enjoyed the blues bar (uncle boos) and the hot breakfast bar.
• The water in the showers does not maintain a constant temperature.

“The room we stayed in was definitely an older part of the motel. In our room the paper was peeling off the wall and there were cracks in the ceiling. The water in our shower kept going from hot to cold and then back to hot and then back to cold. The noise from all the activities going on in the courtyard echoed off the walls right into our room. The walls in our room were so thin you could hear everything going on in the rooms next door and the noise from 3 floors below. We were woke up at 6:15 a.m. Out of a dead sleep to my first thought was the sound of gun shots. I was petrified to look out our window. I finally got enough nerve to look out to discover that someone from the hotel staff was popping the balloons that were in the courtyard from the high school prom they had the night before. We complained to the front desk at checkout and were informed they had heard nothing, no one from the hotel had been popping balloons and none of the other guests had complained. We were the only ones. We will never stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone else.”

• The staff was the best. Very helpful!
• Rooms were extremely plain and simple for the price. I was expecting something wow.

“I did enjoy my stay there. The staff was helpful and friendly. That was the best part. Room was plain. I was expecting something luxurious. The restaurant was the worse part. My food was cold and I was literally the only one there. I was placed in the booth where the sun completely blinded me and I waited quite awhile to find anyone to get my check. Highly recommended to not go there.”

• The front desk receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was delicious and quite unexpected for the price we paid for the room.
• Bed was a little soft for our choosing.

• The beds were very comfortable.
• They did not show my reservation when I arrived.

“When I arrived they did not show my reservation which would have been a real problem since I had two rooms and there were six of us staying there. There was also a lot of function in town and rooms were hard to come by.”

• The staff was very friendly and willing to help at all times. The hot breakfast was great.
• The restaurant was not open and we had to take our kids to the dark bar to eat supper.

“We did enjoy our stay. The pool was small for all the kids that were there. The hot breakfast was wonderful and really helped to start our day right. The staff was great. They were always friendly and willing to help.”

• It was conveniently located near the turnpike and included a great breakfast buffet.
• The desk clerks did not know how to check me out.

“This hotel was in a nice location, just off the turnpike. The room was very quiet and comfortable, and larger than I expected. I woke up for their free breakfast buffet and included one of my favorite Kansas-esque elements, biscuits and gravy. I would stay at this place again for sure.”
