• The staff was very friendly.
• We had to take a smoking room as we don't smoke.

“We stayed 5 days and the staff was very helpful and nice. The House cleaning staff made sure our room was clean and sprayed everyday. Much thanks to Daniel (I hope I remembered his name right) He helped me get my boarding pass on his own person computer.”

• The breakfast was great and the hotel was quiet,
  so great for bedtime!
• Our room was not ready and even though we were in a no smoking room we could smell the smoke from other rooms.

“It was easy access, low priced (but still clean and what you would expect), breakfast was great for the kids; the hotel was quiet and not real busy. Not a great pool and it was cold - we didn't have much time for the pool so it worked for a quick dip.”

• The hotel is very easily located off the interstate. The room was very nice.
• The swimming pool and hot tub were out of commission.

“The hotel room was very nice. Upon arriving, the pool was being worked on and was out of order. I felt like I paid a premium for the room since the pool was not usable.”

• Was a clean and quiet hotel that offered what I needed.
• My pricing experience.

“When reserving the room thru your service I needed a non-smoking room and upon my arrival they had me in a smoking room which I could not and would not do. Because they had no non-smoking kings available and only non-smoking queens there was a $30+ up charge for this which I was not happy at all about and it was late at night and I had little to no choice but to pay this.”

• Room not what asked for, priced more than 1 star should be false. Am breakfast.

• The lobby is very attractive, the rooms immaculate, and the desk clerk even remembered us from a previous stay.
• We liked everything.

“The Sleep Inn would be great for a family or business traveler. The breakfast was very good. They even had decaf coffee for us. The beds are very comfortable, and everything is very clean. We were thankful for this hotel.”

• Indoor pool, hot tub, very clean and new, good breakfast.
• Front clerk hard to find in the morning when we were checking out.

• Air conditioner was poor; but they gave us a fan which helped.

• It was perfect! Clean, comfortable, staff very helpful, fun breakfast area, had everything I wanted!
• Nothing - it was great!

“I found this hotel to be super-clean, modern, convenient and comfortable! It was also quiet; if the adjoining rooms were occupied, I didn't know it! Room temperature controls easy to operate and a window that really opens was a treat! I really liked this place!”

• It was very accommodating my mother who is Handicap.
• The handicap room to far away from any entry door.

“I like the ideal they have handicap room, the only thing they need to be closer to the desk. Other wise I really enjoyed the hotel and felt at home.”

• I really liked the shower and the high ceiling in the room.
• The waffles stuck to the griddle and there was fingernail polish all over the desk.

“A group of six of us got 3 rooms on a cold, snowy night. We were not planning to stay in the city. However, because of a snowstorm, we decided to stay. We were unable to get a room at our conference hotel. We made our reservation at 5:30 pm and checked into the hotel at 6:15. Hotel seemed very new and was quite clean. Very pleasant stay. Highly recommend.”

• The fire alarm kept going off and the staff wasn't helpful.

• Interesting floor layout
• No hot water, heater did not come on till midnight.

“Ran hot water in room for 10 minutes, never did get warm.
Heat/AC unit did not work at all when first going into room. Finally came on around midnight. Acted as though breaker was tripped or shut off. And yes, I was familiar with the proper operation of the unit.......”

• The location was incredibly convenient!
• The beds were not comfortable I was glad that I was only staying one night.

“For the money and the convenience this hotel was perfect for our needs. It is right on a busy strip in Topeka easy interstate accesses to get in and out. The only thing that I was disappointed about was a. the beds were hard as a rock b. the pool / spa was being painted.”
