• The rooms were clean and acceptable.

• Friendly staff, great breakfast, and easy to locate.
• The beds were a little too soft for my taste, but everything else was great.

“The hotel was great for the price. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed the pool and morning breakfast. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I would stay there again if we were in the area.”

• Clean, secure and comfortable.
• Breakfast - all carbs.

“The hotel was conveniently located near I-29. The parking was easy, the lobby and reception friendly and helpful. Rooms were tastefully decorated with everything expected in a modern hotel. A table to play cards on would have been a nice addition. The pool was well used by families. Walking distance of several restaurants was an added bonus.”

• Loved the suite. It was well worth for the fridge, sink and 2 TVs.
• The pool water was too cold for adults.

“Great place for the family. Convenient entries, clean rooms, and super continental breakfast. Even make your own waffles! The entire family had a great visit! Minutes from the zoo and lots of great restaurants around the hotel.”

• The pool.
• You could hear a lot of noise when in your room.

“The rooms could have used some updates. The mattress was quite comfortable. The pool allowed older children to swim past 10:00 p.m. Which was nice? The hotel was close to many stores and restaurants. Easy access to the interstate.”

• Evening staff very friendly.
• Early morning staff was terribly rude.

“The gym is not onsite. It is several blocks away tucked in the back of a small strip mall. It is a full service gym and rather nice, but the hotel needs to be better about providing directions rather than pointing in its direction. The breakfast was decent and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The early morning staff member was very rude and seemed very put off that I was asking her the location of the gym.”

• The room we stayed in was very spacious.
• Our room smelled like smoke sometimes.

“Overall it was a very good hotel. It had a decent location for what we wanted to do. Our room was very spacious, but the bathroom was very small. We were in a nonsmoking room, but at times it smelled like smoke. I would stay here again though.”

• Affordable and good location.
• Two-room suite was actually one room.

“All in all a good value and a nice room. The two-room suite is one large room and one very small bathroom that, in our case, gave a great view of the Home Depot. If you overlook minor those minor things, it was a nice place to stay.”

• We really enjoyed the pool!
• No complaints.

“We really enjoyed our stay! It was our daughters first time staying in a hotel and I was little nervous about the noise level buy we had no issues at all. The pool was great, the location was great and the little bit of shopping around the hotel was great also! Will definitely stay again!”

“This hotel was a good value. It is conveniently located just off I-80. The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was very good. The only complaint I have was the small bathrooms. Overall, I was pleased with the hotel.”

“The hotel staff was accommodating and wanted to help make our stay comfortable. Smoking section was right outside the front entrance and the housekeeping and maintenance staff used it frequently. Our window was right above this area and we could smell the smoke.”

• The staff was friendly and eager to please.
• I would like to have had decaf coffee available in the lobby in the evening.

“I was impressed with their breakfast servings, personnel and cleanliness of pool, room and dining hall. The location was located in the same complex as were many restaurants, shops and close to the interstate.”

• Enjoyed the fact adults were allowed to swim later than children.
• Pool/Recreation area was small.

“This is a great hotel if you are not planning on spending a lot of time at the hotel. The pool is adequate for a couple of hours but there is not much other than that to keep you there. It does have a great location if you are in town to see the Omaha Zoo and has very easy access to Interstate 80.”

• The room was very clean.
• Bathroom a little smaller than expected. Last day I was there, someone pounding on the wall doing repairs at about 10 in the morning.

“The hotel and room was clean. I liked the variety of the breakfast even though it could have been slightly higher quality. The midday/night staff at front desk was not very pleasant.”

• It was fairly nice.
• It was not the room I booked; I was overcharged and given the wrong room.

“It's a fairly nice place. It's close to shopping and dining. It's a short drive from Omaha. Overall a decent stay but a little pricey considering the alternatives.”

• Located close 2 shopping and many restaurants.
• Very busy, little parking.

“My main problem was we had a non smoking room and the connecting room also a nonsmoking room) someone was smoking marijuana in it the front desk confirmed it and said they would take care of it. Nothing was done because the smell of it and cigarettes were coming in through the shared door all night and they said they were booked so they could not move me. Last time I checked it was illegal so in my opinion they should have at the least been asked to leave the hotel. Not to mention I had my son with me and all the hotels in the area were booked so I had no choice, but to put a towel at least under the door 2 stop some of it from coming in.”

• Unique theme, knights in armor.
• The key cards did not work on the outside doors so we had to return to the front desk and enter the front entrance with luggage.

“The clerk seemed to hurry and was more interested in her TV show/movie than working and welcoming. The sink drain was backed up. The stay was okay for once night passing through town but I would not make it a place to stay for several days.”

• Location to Henry Dorley Zoo, cleanliness, bed comfort.
• Reserved 2 rooms. One was very big and one should have been called a closet.

“The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable. There was a baseball tournament in town and they stayed there. The pool was invaded by 10 or 12 boys (12-13 years old) that were completely out of control. I went to the front desk to complain and noticed they were watching on the video cam & weren't doing anything so what would have been the point to complain? I reserved to 2 rooms at the same time online and thought I would get them together and the same kind considering I paid the same price. One was very big and one was as close as possible to being a closet. I have never stayed in a room that small. They were on opposite ends of the hotel. Very disappointing!”
