• We needed to find a certain place. The staff were so friendly to help us find it. All of the staff were very friendly.
• There was a lot of foot traffic though the hallways.

• Great location, easy interstate access, nice rooms.

“Room was quite clean, nice facility but not new. Nice looking pool, didn't use it. Staff was friendly, breakfast included waffles and continental. All clean areas, good parking. Not fancy, but a decent value for the room.”

• Front desk attendant who checked me in early.
• Friends of some hotel worker seem to mill around front desk and use facilities meant for guest.

• The included breakfast exceeded expectations.
• There was little artwork on the room's walls and no comfortable chair.

“This hotel was conveniently located next to I-80. The room was clean and normal amenities were available, although the room had a stripped-down feeling about it. There was only one Bare Bones chair and virtually nothing on the walls to look at. There was nothing to read in the way of a magazine or info about the area other than hotel info. The breakfast room was pleasant and the food offerings good.”

• My wife, who is more finicky than I am, was very pleased.
• The mattress wasn't as firm as Id like it.

“Very good all around. My son, who is four, was happy, especially with the pool. My wife thought it better than the last place we stayed, which had a comparable rating. The breakfast arrangement was better than usual. We would return.”

“I desperately needed the peace my mother and daughter, and I had in your facility. It was easy to navigate around the city from there. It was cool when the weather was hot. We also enjoyed breakfast very much.”

• The temperature of the Jacuzzi was perfect, and I liked that it was open until 12am.
• There's nothing for early morning travelers to take with them for continental breakfast.

• The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was excellent.
• Nothing, the stay was great.

“From check in to check out, this was a great hotel. The room was clean, the pool area had great hours, and times for adults only also. The staff was helpful, particularly in the morning with keeping the continental breakfast fully stocked, and helping guests make waffles. The newspaper waiting at your door was also a nice touch for a persons stay.”

• Very clean. wonderful continental breakfast. Quick check in and out.
• No electric working in the bathroom. HOT pool area!

“Good service and wonderful beds and pillows made for a great sleep night. However there was no bedspread only a sheet and thin blanket so I really got cold at night. Very clean, great staff, available drinks and cookies all day. The pool is small and was very crowded and too hot to just sit out and watch. Otherwise it was wonderful!”

• Very clean. Beds were amazing. 4 pillows on each bed. Real pillows. Not hotel pillows.
• The only bad thing was my room was right across from the ice machine and it was a little noisy.

“Usually when I stay at a hotel, I take along my own pillows, blanket because the rooms usually are not that fresh. But at the Fairfield. I didn't need any of that. Very neat and clean and fresh smelling. The beds were full and firm, nice. The pillows were big and fluffy, just right. I can't say enough about this hotel. I would love to recommend The Fairfield to everyone. You won't be disappointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful also.”

“For the money the rooms were clean. Due to the fact we needed double beds the two rooms that we paid for were on separate floors and the one with the double bed was a smoking room. We are non smokers so they put a filter in the room but it smelled worse than a smoking room would.”

• Good, clean, well kept motel. Room was ready when we got there at 1:30pm.
• Kind of hard to get there from Interstate, very congested, busy area.

“Located close to plenty of shopping and eating places. Clean and the staff was very friendly. It was close to downtown Omaha and the Qwest Center which was important to us. It was located in a very busy and congested area, and a little hard to get to from I-80. All in all, it was enjoyable experience and we would stay there again.”

• Lots of room, big beds plus comfortable.
• Can't think of anything I didn't like.

“Pleasant employees, the breakfast menu was very good. Room was easy to get to as I had requested when I called as my husband is having cancer surgery's and has to return to the room and rest after each one. The rooms are very clean and quiet. I can only hope they will pick up my offer the next time we have to be there.”

• Would have liked instructions on what freeway exit to take

“The staff was very helpful - from giving us a different room to recommending eating options to great directions where ever we wanted to go. We highly recommend this motel to anyone traveling in this area!!”
