• The beds were very nice.
• Staff was unfriendly. Service was slow.

“We had a decent stay at the Radisson, but it could have been better. The desk clerks were less than helpful, just not very service oriented. We had one very nice, friendly desk clerk at check-in, but that was it. The power went out due to an ice storm (no heat for 8 hours with below 20 degree temperature), and no one with the hotel addressed it. I realize it was unavoidable, but the management/staff never even apologized for the inconvenience. Not even a free appetizer in the bar! It was as if the staff just didn't care about our stay. The coffee pot in our room didn't work, WiFi was out more than it worked, and we had to get new room keys 3 different times.”

• Facility was wonderful, period.
• Counter staff couldn't tell me where to find hot water for tea (I found it myself), other goofs.

“This place would require only a bit more training of staff to be a fantastic hotel. I had three encounters with front desk staff, all resulting in errors on their part. They couldn't tell me where I could find hot water to make tea. I found some in the business lounge; the first morning after we arrived, we went to work out. When we came back to our room, our key didn't work most likely because someone had programmed the system incorrectly. We had to go back to the front desk to get a replacement which prompted another disconcerting action: since I hadn't taken ID to the exercise room, I offered to go with hotel staff and show ID once the room was opened; but they just handed over the key. Would they have given the key to a crook? Who knows; but I found it troubling. None of those ruined our trip; but it's a lot of mistakes for a two-night stay in a three-star place. I'd stay there again, I suppose, but I'd be more enthusiastic if they'd give their people a little better training.”

• The pillows were absolutely horrible. Got 3 hrs of sleep.

• The night manager was extremely helpful and pleasant.
• Air conditioning was not adequate.

“Parking was not safe. It was suggested we remove everything from our vehicle because of thefts. All Radisson's need to do something about their desk chairs and work area (height of chair, lights). Their maintenance crews were fast and efficient.”

“Noisy halls, dark rooms, just not the greatest hotel out there. Hard to believe that it is classified as 3 star. Could hear the music from the first floor night club pumping away until about 1:30 am.”

• Accommodating staff extended hours for our group to enjoy the hot tub!
• Check in and out took a little longer than I expected, but I had four rooms.

“All of our arrangements were just as we had requested. We were pleased with the friendliness of staff, cleanliness and comfort of rooms, the hot tub, exercise room, everything was outstanding.”

• We did get to try sleep number beds-not impressed.
• Old televisions. Pay per view did not work. 3 calls for help-no one responded. Bad, expensive wine through room service.

“It was a very disappointing first year wedding anniversary. It does not meet 4 star ratings. Could not even rest because of the rotten group of screaming unsupervised children. We complained but no response. They played on the elevator, slammed doors all hours of the night, and took over the pool area. In the rooms, the televisions were old, pay per view did not work.”

• They double billed me, told me that "oh that charge will disappear" wadded up my receipt and threw it in the trash.

• The "water park" was a zoo-we came to enjoy the hot tub, and that was impossible because kids were screaming till 11pm when it closed.

• Pool and hot tube were nice if people wouldnt stalk or come n drunk.
• Sleep number beds were broke and the right side would air up or down and the bar brings n drunk people.

“The hotel was not that great the pool and hot tube was nice but try to relax n the hot tube at midnight attracted drunks front the bar and people asking to buy weed me my wife just left the rooms were small for the 10 level and upgraded package Sleep number bed was broke and would not air up or down and was unlivable and leaned to the left rooms were very small I would stay there it was more like a motel 6 but the price of 4 star hotel. The pool guy was nice let up say n the hot tube after the 11 pm shutdown time.”

• The swimming pool was awesome for kids. I think the best I have seen at a hotel!
• Seemed there were several things that did not work correctly, or needed work.

• The clerk was rude when I checked out.

“Good solid hotel in a safe location that is easily found and close to major highways. Clerk was rude when I asked for a receipt during check out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in Tulsa for business/family matters. Not a romantic destination, however.”

• Indoor water park is great. Sleep number mattresses were nice to try out.
• Front desk workers were rude. Stood at the desk for 10 minutes before they acknowledged I was there.

• I liked the location and the rate in relation to the quality.
• The Sleep Number beds.

“It was our first time to sleep on a Sleep Number bed and we didn't really care for it. They are still just air mattresses. Would not want to sleep on them again. I'm not sure whether every room has them or not, but given the choice I would not choose that kind of bed again.”

• The location was very good for us.
• The staff was very slow and unresponsive. One woman looked like she was on drugs.

“The hotel was clean and nice, but old and you could tell it. The staff didn't always answer the phone and they didn't move very fast. If they were on the phone, they would not even acknowledge you. Could not get a receipt for anything from the front desk and that was very unprofessional.”

Since it was a 'higher scaled' hotel it did not have a free breakfast, which was disappointing. Overall a good experience, only regret is I should have asked for another room due to the smoke smell.”

• I personally am not a fan of the Sleep Number bed. Just a personal choice though.
