• I was moved to a different room and offered a minimal discount.
• Staff was rude and not helpful.

“I made reservation 2 months in advance and advised the hotel staff that I had a coupon discounting the rate. Coupon was not honored and essentially would never be honored. The bathtub had peeling paint and paint chips in the tub. The lights didn't work in 2 of the 3 rooms reserved. Staff didn't get the reservations correct despite 2 phone calls confirming the reservations. Staff was rude and the manager offered a discount, but did not honor the coupon. Located near a truck stop.”

• The continual breakfast was very good.
• The security door we were closest to had to be hit the jerked to open a piece of junk.

“The young man on duty when we arrived was a complete airhead gave him the confirmation information and he looked at it and asked if I had a reservation it only went down hill from there.”
