• Comfortable bed; quiet surroundings
• No bar area.

“I leave early and return late afternoon. It would be nice to have a cocktail after a long day without having to go to the Embassy Suites next door. It is a very plain generic hotel if you are there only for sleeping.”

• Breakfast staff friendliness was outstanding.
• Interstate highway noise.

“This is a well-located Marriott Courtyard but be sure to ask for a room which does not face or front either of the two interstate highways. During my stay, which was the third day of a moderately severe ice storm (schools were closed for four days), the hotel staff was present, friendly, and doing their jobs.”

• The back door to the hotel was out of the way and a little inconvenient.

• The staff was very accomadating and the bed was really comfortable.
• The no smoking policy. I thought the third floor should be smoking.

• Breakfast cost too much.

• Did not have a continental breakfast available. Only $9.99 hot breakfast.

• Seemed a little older; also, had stains on the walls.

“It was a pleasant stay and the people were very friendly. However, we expected the room to be a bit more updated. It looked like an older hotel that had been renovated a bit. The beds were clean, but it looked like some sort of liquid had been splashed in several places on the walls and never cleaned off. Also, the pool was tiny, very crowded and the water was murky. But the experience was adequate for what we needed.”

• The professionalism of the staff was impeccable, from the AGM to the food preparers.
• I did not like the fact that local calls were not free and there was no free continental breakfast included.

• Absolute cleanliness of every area of the building.
• Nothing to not like.

“Excellent location - juncture of 2 highways; friendly, helpful staff - example: volunteered that there was a discount on the breakfast meal; very pleasant waitress at the breakfast buffet; cleaning crew honored our request for privacy in our room and provided towels when we requested them. We commented at the time that it was one of the nicest places we have stayed in during the last year.”

• Great location, friendly staff, clean, spacious, modern.
• They forgot to clean the room one day.

“This hotel in Tulsa was a fantastic value. The overall stay was better than I expected. There was one day when they "forgot" to clean the room and the pool area had a very strong chlorine smell but other than that it was very nice. It is close to the highway yet quiet and there are several dining options close by. The front desk people were very nice and helpful.”

“I appreciate the notes identifying the motel with all smoke free rooms. If I had the time I would have enjoyed the heated pool/hot tub. Did not get to watch a pro football game that was on the NFL network which the motel did not carry on their limited cable TV channels.”
