• The professionalism of the staff was impeccable, from the AGM to the food preparers.
• I did not like the fact that local calls were not free and there was no free continental breakfast included.

• I have never been disappointed with a Marriott Hotel and this was no exception. Just what I expected!
• No complimentary breakfast bar.

“The hotel room was very clean and nicely decorated. I felt safe staying there since I was traveling alone. The check-in was fast and the workers seemed attentive. Checking out was also very quick and easy with no problems.”

• Absolute cleanliness of every area of the building.
• Nothing to not like.

“Excellent location - juncture of 2 highways; friendly, helpful staff - example: volunteered that there was a discount on the breakfast meal; very pleasant waitress at the breakfast buffet; cleaning crew honored our request for privacy in our room and provided towels when we requested them. We commented at the time that it was one of the nicest places we have stayed in during the last year.”

• Great location, friendly staff, clean, spacious, modern.
• They forgot to clean the room one day.

“This hotel in Tulsa was a fantastic value. The overall stay was better than I expected. There was one day when they "forgot" to clean the room and the pool area had a very strong chlorine smell but other than that it was very nice. It is close to the highway yet quiet and there are several dining options close by. The front desk people were very nice and helpful.”

“I appreciate the notes identifying the motel with all smoke free rooms. If I had the time I would have enjoyed the heated pool/hot tub. Did not get to watch a pro football game that was on the NFL network which the motel did not carry on their limited cable TV channels.”

“This is a nice hotel, I expected a little more for a courtyard Marriott. The rooms were a little outdated. But, the common spaces were very nice. Overall, it was a good hotel.”

• They went out of their way to accommodate, getting 2 beds and opening pool early.
• I think they should have a free breakfast buffet, just like other hotels.

“The hotel was conveniently located off major thoroughfare, with lots of parking, nice lobby, pool and Jacuzzi. The beds were very comfortable and had upscale linens, and the rooms were recently refurbished. They had microwave and refrigerator in the room as well as free wireless internet which I used. The staff was very helpful, as I was traveling with parent and needed 2 beds, and they provided room with 2 double beds and on the first floor, close to where our car was parked. They opened up the pool area early in the morning so I could use it, and they made sure I got my Marriott / airline rewards for the stay. This was a very nice establishment and I would have given it a 3 star, except that they don't have 24 hour services. But this hotel met or exceeded all my expectations.”

“The overall presentation with the hotel was nice, the front room had no space and hard to walk to the elevators. The nicest person was the housekeeper in the hall. The lady at the desk was very rude and when we called down to the desk asking for more pillows she was very rude and told us we'd have to come get them from the front desk. It doesn't matter where we've ever stayed they've always brought us what we needed. So I don't think I'll ever stay at this hotel again because of the lack of friendliness!”

• Loved the comfort of the bed. My husband and I slept well.
• Staying right next to the stairs, you could hear the people running up and down them.

“The atmosphere in the room was nice and peaceful. Both the bed and couch were comfortable. It was nice to have a balcony that you could open the door and there was a sliding screen door.”

“Overall, I was very pleased with this hotel. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. When arrived, they had us in a king room with no queen rooms avail. They switched us for the second night, but I was upset about their error.”

“The hotel location is good and the hotel is in line with other Courtyard by Marriotts. The Front Desk Person was rude when I asked if I could switch to a double room. The room was not ready when I checked in at 5:00pm. The hotel charges $9.95 for its breakfast which is ridiculous for the type of meal they are offering. The pool area was not clean and the pool was over-chlorinated. Not a great stay.”

“Hotel is in a good location, close to Ruby Tuesday's, Pizza Hut and Cracker Barrel. Bar and restaurant located next door in the embassy suites, was convenient. Pool area was larger than similar hotels. Room was clean and bedding was clean. Extra pillows were a plus. Also enjoyed that the room had a loveseat, mini fridge, and microwave.”

• The clerk would not switch us to a room with double beds.

“The breakfast buffet was good, but the waitress would not let you get eggs to order although they advertise it widely. She complained that there were too many people to do this. The restaurant was not that crowded.”

• The bed was very comfortable and I especially liked the room layout.
• The front check-in counter was pretty backed up. Could use a second person at rush hour.

“I was extremely pleased with my one night stay at this courtyard. Once I finally got checked in, which took about 15 minutes due to the line, everything was simply perfect. It is in a very easily accessible location with several good restaurants nearby. The staff was very polite and friendly, and the pool area seemed to be very nice, even though I did not use it on this stay. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.”

• Hotel did not meet room request after they said they would.

“I called and requested a first floor room as I cannot walk very well or far. The hotel said that it would be no problem. When I arrived I was given a second floor room at the far end of the hotel. Also the desk clerk told me to only use the main entrance to come and go from the hotel as the doors at the ends of the wings were "wiping" the key cards. Since it was an effort to reach the room, I chose not to leave it again for the duration of my stay.”

• We loved having a mini fridge in our room. Our kids loved the pool and spa. The staff was very friendly, helpful.
• The price of a half pint of milk was a bit ridiculous, $1.50 a tiny carton.

“The front desk person at check in was curt, and bordering on rude. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. The next day, my encounter with the front desk was completely different. Very helpful and friendly. The room we were assigned was perfect. Clean and comfortable. The bed linens rival the hotels. The best thing about staying at courtyards is that you know exactly what you are going to get. They are the most consistent hotel chain I know of. This is our second stay at this courtyard and I would gladly stay there again.”

“Nice 2 1/2 star hotel. We expected continental breakfast to be included but it was not. The Marriott wanted us to pay 9.99 per person for breakfast. Also, we had to have our room keys redone every day. We tried to keep them away from our cell phones, wallets, keys, etc to no avail.”

• The set-up of a king room.
• Could have been in a better location.

“We were able to relax at this hotel, but we had to drive quite a bit to get to shopping and attractions. We enjoyed the set-up of the room and that we had a small balcony. However, the balcony looked at two highways. The hotel did not provide a free continental breakfast. Instead, you had to pay almost $10 per person for breakfast if you wanted to eat in the restaurant. We chose, instead, to go to the nearby Cracker Barrel, which was a plus to the location of the hotel.”
