• Very friendly, and very clean.
• The TV was old and the color was bad, other wise our stay was awesome.

• The beds were comfortable. The hotel decor was very nice. Awesome flat screen TV. Great breakfast.
• I loved everything.

• Nice sheets.
• Lots of things were run down.

“The hotel was okay but nothing spectacular. They were doing remodeling and there were a lot of dents in scratches. The ice machine on my floor was out of order. On one day of our stay we didn't receive any housekeeping until 4:00. The breakfast was decent but again nothing spectacular. The girl working the breakfast worked very hard.”

• The con. Breakfast was very filing.
• The pool closed too early.

• We got the nicest hotel room available and it was really nice.
• For the cost of the room I would have expected valet parking and a better breakfast.

“The hotel room that we got was really nice. We only stayed one night just to get away. We paid for what we got. The continental breakfast was not good. We had to stand by a microwave and warm up our food. In comparison to the room it was extremely disappointing. Overall would consider doing again but at a better price.”

• Hotel is nice and clean and modern.
• Really nothing to dislike.

“Really nice hotel. Staff was courteous. It was neat that the hotel was attached to the ameristar casino so you could go eat and gamble and just walk back to you're room. If I go back to Omaha this is where I'm staying.”

• Overall very nice. Great location.
• Elevator area at 1st floor entry is dirty & dingy looking, not reflective of the rest of the property.

“Very nicely located. I enjoyed everything. From the convenient parking, the beauty of the hotel lobby, the comfort of the room, to how the restaurants were connected to the hotel. My entire business experience was very good.”

• Excellent location - close to many attractions/dining.
• Small bathroom in regular room.

“The hotel was attached to the casino. We weren't there to gamble but was fun to visit anyway! There were four restaurants to choose from, also attached to the hotel. The pool and Jacuzzi were a nice size. The breakfast included hot items as well as regular continental breakfast foods. We were there to visit the zoo, which was very close also. Overall, very good hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel.”

• Liked the pool area as it opened to the outside.
• Toilet seat was old and needs to be replaced.

“Liked the close location to the zoo and liked that it was attached to the Ameristar casino where there were a few nice restaurants.”

• The room, the pool, the breakfast, the location.
• Bathroom toilet kept running, needed repair.

“My family and I (mother, husband, toddler) loved staying here and love the location. Great place to gather as the Casino is located in adjacent buildings with cafe and buffet. Wonderful pool. Loved the place and the price.”

• Convenience and proximity to the casino and cuts at the buffet.
• Just a little too expensive, $20-$30.

“Good breakfast. Easy in, easy out from the Interstate. Right on the river. Attached to the Consumerist Casino. Had trouble getting the room temp just right. Just a little more than I really wanted to spend. Pool is heated, but the pool room is just a glass wall separating the pool from the frigid outside, so the room was not all that warm.”

• The view from my window was breathtaking!
• Not worth the money you're paying!

“My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff was cold, and extremely unknowledgable, including the management level itself! I had a very difficult time checking in with a debt card and a even harder time checking out! The overall service from the many desk clerks I dealt with was unfriendly and uninviting. It has put me off of staying a any "Holiday Inn" for good. ”
