• Clean, new.
• Staff was rude and unconcerned. Gave terrible directions to parking and seemed put out to do so.

“Facilities good. Staff not so good. This Doubletree charged for interconnection. One in Chicago which was nicer did not. I really do not understand why 3 star hotels charging for internet connection when lower scale hotel do not.”

• Friendly staff, room comfortable and clean.
• Additional charge for internet.

“Friendly staff, clean room, nice bathroom counter, shower. Requested non-smoking king and none were available, so we had to settle for smoking king. There was a smell of smoking in the room, not bedding. Would have preferred non-smoking, but overall a good experience, I would stay there again.”

• Excellent location, beautiful hotel and it felt 4* even though we paid for a 3* price.
• Staff was a bit snobby.

“Great hotel. We use it for business meetings regularly. Great conference facilities, great coffee bar in the lobby and excellent restaurant. Highly recommend the Doubletree, Tulsa for any family or business stay.”

• Hot tub and steam room. Free cookies were great.
• They set use up with small twin beds (two) instead of a queen or king.

“Staff was not quite as friendly towards small children, like they were used to having business travelers and the pool had no shallow end for the kids to play in (which is the primary reason our kids love to go to a hotel for vacation). On the other hand the free cookies won it big for the kids (and us parents too). Breakfast although pricey was good and overall the stay was nice. The Priceline.com price was outstanding!”

• Had a comfy chair in addition to a desk chair.
• Location was poorly marked from the road.

“Hotel was quite passable. They didn't have the king size bed I reserved but gave me a two double bedded room which was OK but was not what I reserved. They did a great job of putting ozone generators in rooms to clean out the bad tobacco smell - much better than a citrus spray. I had reserved a smoking room and it was provided. Parking garage was a long walk from the lobby if you are traveling with a handicapped person.”

• The Beds are like heaven the grounds around the Hotel are peaceful and beautiful and the staff was suburb.
• would be nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room for those of us who like to stay in luxury but still need to budget when staying for a week.

“I love it love it love it. Only thing I would like to see is complimentary wireless Internet in the rooms. I work out in the field and arrive back to my room late at night when I'm very tired but I still need to work a little. This would be a plus for all business travelers.”

• The bed was so soft and beautiful. Coffee and steam room.
• The service that were running around couldn't help much. Front desk was awesome.

• Location was great. Had potential as a nice hotel.
• The bathroom was filthy, The tub/shower did not drain. Hotel staff did not respond to requests until the fourth call. They charge for wi-fi in rooms

“This would have been a great stay, but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There was hair in all corners of the bathroom and dust along the walls. The tub/shower did not drain. We called the hotel staff four times, and finally on the third day of our stay, they sent someone to fix the drain. Something in the room bothered our allergies. And in the 21st century, I was disappointed that they still want to charge for wi-fi in the hotel rooms. Overall, we were pretty disappointed; I had higher expectations for a Doubletree.”

• It was cheap and we had a lovely time.
• It was crowded and the rooms were not very clean.

“It was very crowded. We did not swim because of the amount of people in such an enclosed space. There was only one elevator to take up and down and it was all the way across the hotel from the parking garage. We had to walk across the floor we were on to the opposite side of the building to the elevators and go down to the lobby and walk through that to go to the parking garage. Even though there was an elevator that took you up to the top of the parking garage it did not take you to your floor.”

• I liked the fact that there was a disturbance with another guest security came fast.
• I really liked the fact they had a parking garage for my vehicle.

• Adjoining room - could hear through the door, TV, talking.

“Overall a very nice hotel, love the warm cookies, and staff was friendly. Did request a non-smoking room but not given one. Would like to not pay for internet access. Didn't get internet due to fee involved. Nice, clean and despite my comments, I would recommend the hotel.”

• Central location, helpful staff, especially the valet personnel.
• Nothing, except they keep the hallways freezing cold.

“This hotel is a good choice for most travelers, especially large groups, as evidenced by the 2 large groups that had filled the hotel to capacity. Doubletree seems to do everything according to one's expectations. No real negatives here, with the only two worth mentioning are the rooms common hallways are kept at about 60 degree, no matter the weather out. And the buffet in the restaurant, at $17 for breakfast, should be better equipped. Overall, a nice place to stay in Tulsa.”

“Nice Hotel, but it would have been more enjoyable if bathroom would have been cleaned. The dirty towels were still in the bathroom when we checked in and we had to call the desk to request clean towels and to have the bathroom cleaned.”

• The pool was small. The hotel was located somewhat far away from a major road.

• The room was large, cool and comfortable.
• The parking garage is a very long way from the guest rooms.

“I enjoyed my stay here very much. I was a bit annoyed at the fact that 2 of my light bulbs were out and the parking garage was on the opposite side of the hotel from the guest rooms. You had to walk all the way past the conference rooms, bar and lobby just to reach the elevators.”

• I loved that they greeted us with a cookie. Very nice.
• Internet was free in the lobby for anyone, but in the rooms (for paying customers) there was a fee.

“I loved the hotel overall; my only complaint is that there was an additional fee for internet use in the room. I really would have loved to utilize the time, but was unable to do what I needed without going downstairs - very inconvenient.”

• Very nice hotel in a very nice part of Tulsa.
• On this stay only, the housekeeping forgot to clean the room fully. Front desk staff indifferent.

“I stayed here two non-consecutive nights in the same week. The first stay was perfect. The second night was very good, but had some strange issues. My room was clean, but it had been left somewhat disheveled - all the drawers were open and the toilet seat was up. A couple of the finishing touches were left undone. No big deal, just weird. Front desk staff was indifferent to any concerns I raised. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay, as I did the previous stay. Great workout room, by the way.”

• Very large room and very comfortable bed.
• There isn't anything.

“I left my own personal pillow in the room and have called several times but it still hasn't been located. I left it there unintentionally. I called and described the pillow and even gave the brand of it. It was inside an allergenic case and a cream-colored pillow case. This is my favorite pillow that I take everywhere with me. Sure would like to get it back.”
