• Overall excellent.
• No refrigerator in the room.

“My wife and I traveled with our children on vacation. The hotel was conveniently located; pool was clean, staff friendly. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room and there were never enough towels placed in the room. Other than those things, our experience was wonderful.”

• The hotel was clean.
• They put us in handicap rooms with only one double bed. It was awful.

“I have used on many occasions for hotels and air line tickets, and I have always been very satisfied until this trip. The hotel accommodations were awful. I was traveling to a conference with three friends. Due to the single double beds in each of our rooms two of us had to sleep on the floor. I will continue to use, but this experience was not good.”

• I liked the location and the value.
• Dried buglers on the bathroom wall and they did not change the time on the clocks.

• I was provided with a fridge after having asked for one.
• Breakfast seems like its is all starch.

• Close to good Mexican restaurant.
• Too crowded at breakfast with too many people, no food, and no room to sit.

“The room was very nice; however, we did not get any breakfast due to insufficient space to eat, and not enough food out to accommodate the large number of people in the lobby; we just left because we didn't want the hassle of waiting in a 20 minute line for a waffle and nothing else with it or no place to sit; students were congregating on the floors, in the lobby, no where for a couple to go.”

• The rooms were so clean.
• The molding was cracking.

“I the hotel was great. This was a steal of deal. The only thing is that if you are not good with directions the construction around the hotel will mess you up.”

• The free breakfast was nice.
• Did not get the crib we were assured we would have.

“This hotel would be okay for a business traveler. My son's socks were very dirty from crawling on the floor. It was my understanding that we were getting a suite, we didn't. When we reported the problems he had, the GM gave us a coupon for 20% our next stay. Nothing major wrong with the hotel, just a lot of little ones.”

• Generally speaking this hotel is centrally located in Tulsa - if you are to visit several locations nearby.

“Because of the location of the hotel, it didn't attract a bad crowd, but I'm not sure I would call this a two start hotel. (Maybe one and a half?) It didn't appear older, but by the conditions of the room I would guess that it was. It did have wireless internet and is centrally located within Tulsa, if you intend to travel to several locations (although this summer there was construction on the highways surround the hotel, which made it difficult to get on the freeway from the hotel). The continental breakfast consisted of coffee, milk, cereal, bagels that were several days old, and toast. Also, the hotel staff wasn't very friendly. ”

• Relatively inexpensive.
• I had no choice regarding the bed (King, double, etc.).

“Reasonable accommodations. I had no choice regarding the bed (King, double, single, etc.). Management would not change so I could have a King bed once I had asked for a double bed. Also I had no way to specify a pool.”

• This hotel was very clean and their continental breakfast was nice.
• The hotel swimming pool was closed the whole time we were there.

“I think because of construction in the area, this hotel is not easily accessed. We had to approach the hotel from the back every time we went anywhere. I hope this will be remedied when the construction project is over.”

• The beds were comfortable and the hotel was close to many other good locations.
• The pool was closed when I stayed.

“The continental breakfast was great in the morning for a quick eat and run. Needed more than just a treadmill for the workout area. How about some weights?”

• Location was superb, centrally located, close to highways, restaurants, etc.
• First placed me in smoking room, reeked of smoke. Never asked what I preferred.

“Not there long enough to give a accurate, fair estimation. But breakfast looked to be rather nice. I expect the same or nearly the same courtesy as everyone else.”

• It was in a great area of town close to good resturants and shopping and close to where I was going.
• Nothing to complain about

• The room had many amenities that one might need staying away from home, such as an iron and ironing board, refridgerator and coffee pot and coffee.
• I was not asked about a choice of smoking and non smoking rooms. Being a non smoker, I could pick up on the scent of being in a smokers rooms.

“The staff at the Baymont were friendly and very accomodating. Even though I stayed for 3 nights, I always returned to a cleaned room with clean linens and towels. My stay was quite enjoyable.”

• the check-in staff, did not greet me or my family and was unsociable. Crowded room/lobby at breakfast.

“Hard to reach coming in eastbound on Interstate. Security of hotel was not up to par. We found outside door was jimmied with a stick to prevent it from locking.”

• Nice rooms, nice breakfast.
• BAD location, had to drive backroads and through parking lots to get there.

“The Baymont Inn and Suites of Tulsa is a nice hotel overall. They have plenty of parking and a decent outdoor pool. The rooms are nice and modern. The free breakfast is well stocked and had good food. The location is great if you happen to be on the Skelley Expressway, but if you happen to be coming from any other location in the world, the location is very hard to find...requiring you to drive down a backroad, through mud puddles and then through the parking lot of Celebration Station.”

• The hotel staff on Sunday (my checkout date) was extremely helpful.
• The rooms smelled of pets.

“This hotel is in a rather shady location, as evidenced by my car being broken into on Sunday. The only friendly staff I experienced at the hotel were the people who checked me out on Sunday.”

• I really loved the staff. She was curteous in giving us directions and even better once we arrived.
• I really would have liked to have a king size bed, but they told me it would have cost more just to get one. My husband and I had to sleep apart.

“We called several times on our drive to the hotel and the girl on staff that night was very courteous in getting us there promptly and efficiently. When we arrived, she was even better even though we were arriving late. I got smiles everywhere I went in the hotel. The supplies in the room was excellent and even though I brought my own, I still used the hotels. They were better quality than the ones I packed!! ”

• Had a smoking room! Did not want smoking room.

“Overall, the room was ok. Pretty clean, except I was given a smoking room. I am not at all happy with this! Requested non-smoking and the attendant stated, "It'll have to be ok, cause that is all we have left!" Good location.”

• The check in staff were very friendly and helpful when I thought I had misplaced an item.
• Walls were very thin and could hear people in other room easily.

“I felt very comfortable staying in this hotel. The room was clean and the staff helpful. The safety items were in place and useable. It's location was convenient for our needs.”

• I loved the choice I got for continental breakfast and the privacy I received at Baymont.
• There was no refrigerator in my room nor was there a microwave either.

“I found the room to be very clean and larger than expected for a cheaper hotel. The bath and sink area were clean and fresh with an ample supply of towels and there was a coffee maker iron and board supplied. The beds were comfortable (not hard as a rock} and there was no excessive noise. Overall my wife and I feel this was an excellent value.”

“Elevator did not work for 2 out of 3 days. We were on the 4th floor so you can imagine our dismay. Sheets do not fit the beds and light bulbs were burned out. Some sort of dog convention was going on and there were mutts everywhere, including eating at the tables in the dining room. YES, the dogs were sitting in the chairs and their owners were feeding them from the continental breakfast! The dogs also sat on the couches in the entryway. Mentioned to the hotel staff that this was inappropriate, and they agreed, but did nothing about it. The Baymont Inn sold to LaQuinta recently so maybe there will be upgrades in service in the future.”
