• Directly off the highway and very close to restaurants.
• The entrance and parking lot were horrible, huge speed bumps, hard to even find entrance.

“The hotel is okay. For the Priceline price it was great. Fairly clean and in a decent city location. However finding the entrance is a horrible experience. One way street at a huge intersection with no clearly visible entrance. We just guessed and turned into a restaurant and searched around and got in what we thought was a back way. It was actually the way in. Very poor planning on entrance and signs.”

• The room decor and furnishing were nice. And I enjoyed the continental breakfast.
• Customer before me, had received 2 different room keys which someone else was already in each.

• Close to our destination. Breakfast was good.

  halls were dirty. Decor was
  outdated.

“Staff at check-in did not provide any helpful information and did not smile/was not warm and friendly. Kind of downer when we came all pumped for our stay. Bathtub was dirty and hallways were nasty. Breakfast was great. Water wasn't hot enough in the morning shower. Bed was comfortable and the amenities in the room was good. I liked the thermostat/temperature controls on the wall- we were comfortable.”

• Rear door unsecured 24/7 despite sign.

“Aside from the rear door always unlocked, the toilet wouldn't flush without a lot of coaxing and extra water poured from a bucket. Otherwise, I had no complaints.”

• It was very comfortable, but very inconveniet to get behind to the hotel.
• The hotel was overbooked and we had to have a smoked up room.

• It was close to the attractions we traveled there to attend.
• Cleanliness, breakfast was bad and signs up warning of car break-ins, in the parking lot.

“It served its purpose. It was close to the reason we traveled there. Breakfast ran out and was not restocked. No ice machine. Warning signs posted to park carefully and conceal any valuables due to rash of recent break-ins. Also, still trying to figure out additional charges to my debit card.”

• Location.
• Room was dirty. Floor was dirty. Plumbing fixtures were dirty.

“Given a smoking room. I have a breathing condition. The room I was given reeked of smoke. It was unsuitable for me. The room was large and nice, but I could not spend the night in it. The room was dirty. Hair all over the floor. Tables had rings on them where glasses had been.”

• Walk in Handicap showers great for some one with back problems.
• Awkward access to location.

• It was a good location for me.
• To get to my car I had to go threw grass.

“I did enjoy the hotel. They had nice staff, who where helpful. I liked the waffle iron and the waffles. I wish they had more channels on there TVs and also I didn't know what was showing since there was know TV guide in room. I did ask for one, but the front desk girl didn't know where it was.”

• The pool was clean and very accessible.
• The front desk staff was very unprofessional.

“This was basic no-frills accommodations. The rooms were clean and well climate controlled. The front desk staff was very unprofessional. When we checked in the woman at the desk was wearing a shirt that looked like she slept in it. When we checked out there was no one at the desk at all. Just a sign saying the desk was unattended, sorry for the inconvenience and the phone was ringing off the hook.”

• Friendly staff.
• Vandalism and theft in parking lot.

“This hotel is old and in need of remodeling. The rooms were surprisingly clean and free of odors. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only real problem is vandalism in the parking areas. There were at least two break-ins during our five night stay. The parking lot was covered in broken glass from previous episodes. Do not leave your GPS or even the mount in your car! They should have a security guard on duty all night.”

“Close to variety of restaurants, as well as a gas station. They have a pool. They offer free breakfast but I didn't have time so I will check that out on my next visit. All in all, a nice enough place.”

• It was very quiet at night, and there was no charge for my dog.
• The elevator had a bad smell.

“Continental breakfast was minimal, but no complaints for the price of the room. I really appreciated being able to have my dog with me without an extra charge. Could have included a microwave and optional refrigerator. I forgot to ask, however. The location was great for me, but construction and brush scrap in the lot across the street made the place look in a rough neighborhood.”

• Nothing.
• The hotel was dirty. Room has one towel for 4 people. Promised a double bed in each room ended up with one bed in each room for 4 people.

“They could not give us a better room and 3 people had to sleep on the dirty floors. We had one towel for 4 people. The hotel room was falling apart. You turn the water on and it made a super loud sound. Worst hotel experience ever. I will never stay at this hotel again. I was told I would have double beds!”

• Very clean, quiet and decent.
• Staff was not that nice, phone didn't seem to work right, not many TV channels (no cable?).

“Decent hotel for the price. Clean, quiet, safe. Biggest turn off was that the desk staff was not super friendly. We had trouble trying to purchase a movie. Desk clerk was apparently busy and not very pleasant. After several calls back & forth without results, we said to forget it. Also our phone didn't seem to work properly. TV only offered about 20 channels and it seemed like 4 5 of them were various ESPN channels.”

• The common areas and elevator were always hot and the air may not have worked in those areas.

“Honestly, for the money it was a good deal. The room was clean. The area was conveniently off I44. It wasn't in a bad neighborhood either. It was a really decent place to stay.”

“My wife and I traveled with our children on vacation. The hotel was conveniently located; pool was clean, staff friendly. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room and there were never enough towels placed in the room. Other than those things, our experience was wonderful.”

• The hotel was clean.
• They put us in handicap rooms with only one double bed. It was awful.

“I have used on many occasions for hotels and air line tickets, and I have always been very satisfied until this trip. The hotel accommodations were awful. I was traveling to a conference with three friends. Due to the single double beds in each of our rooms two of us had to sleep on the floor. I will continue to use, but this experience was not good.”

• Too crowded at breakfast with too many people, no food, and no room to sit.

“The room was very nice; however, we did not get any breakfast due to insufficient space to eat, and not enough food out to accommodate the large number of people in the lobby; we just left because we didn't want the hassle of waiting in a 20 minute line for a waffle and nothing else with it or no place to sit; students were congregating on the floors, in the lobby, no where for a couple to go.”

“This hotel would be okay for a business traveler. My son's socks were very dirty from crawling on the floor. It was my understanding that we were getting a suite, we didn't. When we reported the problems he had, the GM gave us a coupon for 20% our next stay. Nothing major wrong with the hotel, just a lot of little ones.”

• Generally speaking this hotel is centrally located in Tulsa - if you are to visit several locations nearby.

“Because of the location of the hotel, it didn't attract a bad crowd, but I'm not sure I would call this a two start hotel. (Maybe one and a half?) It didn't appear older, but by the conditions of the room I would guess that it was. It did have wireless internet and is centrally located within Tulsa, if you intend to travel to several locations (although this summer there was construction on the highways surround the hotel, which made it difficult to get on the freeway from the hotel). The continental breakfast consisted of coffee, milk, cereal, bagels that were several days old, and toast. Also, the hotel staff wasn't very friendly. ”

“I think because of construction in the area, this hotel is not easily accessed. We had to approach the hotel from the back every time we went anywhere. I hope this will be remedied when the construction project is over.”
