“The staff at the Courtyard Marriott was absolutely fantastic. After a bit of confusion about our room, we were put in a fantastic room and the staff was great! Even mailed home my son's swim trunks he forgot. Definitely would recommend it!”

• Our room was right by the ice, vending and elevators. Too noisy.

“Great hotel right next to Old Market area in Omaha. Friendly staff (the ones I talked to anyway). Balcony outside room was great since the weather was nice that day. Not sure what the arrangements were for breakfast and I missed the freebies. Have never been disappointed with Courtyard and this was no exception.”

• The hotel is in a great location and the pool and hot tub are outstanding.
• We had a fire alarm at six a.m. and they didn't shut it off for an hour, very disturbing!

“Except for the hotel fire alarm that didn't get shut off for almost an hour, the stay was good. The staff could have been more helpful and informative during this situation but other than that everything was good.”

• The heating unit was extremely loud and it kicked on every 60 seconds.

• Pool & workout area was up to date and clean and water temp was perfect.
• Novice working at front desk did not tell us about the free breakfast.

“The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Normally does not have a continental breakfast but it does have a buffet breakfast for $11.00 which is more than we would pay normally. Would rather order off the menu.”

• The room was beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable.
• One of the restaurant staff members raised his voice to another.

“It was a wonderful experience. The staff was lovely and gracious. The hotel could accommodate any type of traveler and is in a diverse and exciting downtown area.”

• Not a 3 star hotel, bed uncomfortable.

“I had wanted a 3 star hotel, felt this hotel was more of a 2  2-1/2. Staff was very helpful. The bed was uncomfortable, but clean which is important. No additional facilities there such as bar or restaurant. Very close to the Qwest Center which was within walking distance so that was great.”

• Not flexible to get 2 queen bed room without charge. Listed as having room service and then did not.

• Our A/C did not work and it was hot!

“This was a great hotel. However it was a 100 degrees and our A/C was not working right. They attempted to fix it, but it still didn't work right. You would have thought that they would have put us up in a different room. I hate sleeping in the heat. Other than this, our experience was great!”

“A very nice hotel! The hotel is right near the old Market. Staffs were very friendly; the room was quiet, clean, and spacious. There is a small but nice fitness room on the base floor, which was something I did not expect from a two and half star rated hotel. This hotel is slightly underrated in my opinion.”

• The rooms were spacious and very clean! Pool area was more spacious than pictured! Close to Old Market area!
• There were no clean towels in the pool area and it was a $10 upgrade for 2 queen beds in a room.

“Overall, the staff was very accommodating trying to give us upgraded rooms. We waited for our king room until almost 4 pm, rather than the 3 pm check in, but it was spotless upon arrival, so worth the wait. It was within walking distance of the historic Old Market, even with small children. The staff was terrific calling evening cab service for us, too. Breakfast was reasonably priced and it was nice to have a restaurant directly in the hotel. Overall, it was a very good experience. We would stay here again!”

• The location was great - downtown Omaha was surprisingly fun.
• The beds were worn out  mushy.

• I went with a buddy on a golf trip. We were provided 1 bed. Staff would not help us.

“I loved our stay in downtown Omaha! I and my children loved it. The staff was friendly and so helpful with printing directions for different things for us. Very clean. No smoking rooms though, but that is for the best. No complaints. Loved the pool.”

“We arrived late into Omaha and found the hotel very easy to get to. It was a perfect overnight stop before we went on to Iowa the next day. The breakfast buffet was excellent and reasonably priced.”

• The hotel was within walking distance to almost everything, like the river walk, civic center and restaurants and was 2 miles from the Omaha Zoo.
• Nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

“If you're wanting a nice hotel near the zoo and other local attractions this is the hotel for you. The hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were some of the most comfortable I've been in.”
