Dianne from Arnold,MO “The staff was very friendly. The beds were a little small, but mattress was very comfortable.” Nov 19, 2009 by
DM from Arlington,VA
“Nice in general, but a big problem is the lack of privacy as you can hear everything your neighbors are doing - showers, conversations, babies crying, TV, alarms, etc. Seems to be no soundproofing between rooms or the hallway.” Oct 20, 2009 by
Anita from Enid,OK
“Good and a great time.” Oct 13, 2009 by
Pam from Hot Springs Village,OK
“Our two room were on the sixth floor. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. There were two phones in the room--desk area and bed area--which was a nice touch. Room service was prompt and the staff was quite friendly. We did not use the fitness room or swimming pool but they were available.” Oct 9, 2009 by
Todd from Lebo,KS
“Clean place, friendly staff, across ORU. EZ parking and the it appears a quality remodel job was done on property not long ago.” Oct 5, 2009 by

“This was a very nice, comfortable hotel. The staff was capable and willing to help with all aspects of my stay.” Sep 22, 2009 by
BJ from Decatur,TX
“Overall pretty good. The pool was supposed to be heated but it DEFINITELY was NOT. No hot tub or spa either. The staff locked us out of our room on the second night because they did not check to see that I had added an additional night to our stay and this was set up as another reservation.” Aug 18, 2009 by
Sherrie from Blackwell,OK
“Very nice and would stay there again.” Aug 12, 2009 by
Bill from Santa Fe,NM
“The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a great room for the price.” Aug 12, 2009 by
Jan from Sundown,TX
“We have been granted at check in--whether it is 2 beds or 1 king--never a problem. This particular time they were out and just smiled at us. what a romantic weekend to spend our 15th anniversary weekend in double beds. Hotels always seem to have an extra room somewhere...and the parking lot was pretty empty.” Jul 18, 2009 by
Dawn from Brownfield,TX
“Hotel was beautiful, Jun 30, 2009 by
Darin from Van Buren,AR
“Nice and quick check-in. Hotel looked updated and was very clean.” Jun 15, 2009 by

“I was overall pleased with the hotel.” May 20, 2009 by
Melissa from Joliet,IL
“Hotel & room were beautiful! Phone in room didn't work called front desk from cell to let them know & they just said oh didn't even offer to check it out! Also asked if they know any restaurants that were open late told me no. In past, I have usually been able to get helpful information from front desk, but was not the case this time. Also, I was asked to provide card at check in & assured it would only be charged for incidentals. Since I didn't incur any additional charges, I was surprised to see hotel charged $50 to my account. I called & was told $50 hold is automatically charged for debit cards. This is fine, but I should have been told this at check in, so I had option to use credit card instead, or at least been aware of in advance. Woman on phone very rudely replied that there is a sign in the lobby at the front desk that states this. I informed her that it was past midnight when I checked in after long drive & I may have missed the sign, but that doesn't change fact that I was given misinformation by front desk. She then offered to transfer me to manager. I didn't speak to mgr because I received explanation of charge, but the call could have been handled much better. Being a former customer service rep myself, this is not how I would have responded. Anyway, thanks for listening. Everything else was great.” May 19, 2009 by
Carolyn from Lavaca,AR

“I was overall very pleased with the hotel. They charged you to use the internet in their business center.” Jan 7, 2009 by
Michele from Claremore,OK
“Very nice staff and comfortable rooms. I wish they would install a hot tub in the pool room. It was great that the pool was heated to a nice temperature as we stayed in the winter.” Sep 8, 2008 by
Rebecca from Anderson, MO
“On day two we asked for directions to the zoo and they immediately responded with a map quest direction sheet. We hope to be able to return again soon.” Sep 1, 2008 by
Tom from Arlington, TX
“This Hilton is convenient to all of Tulsa and in a very nice area of town. The area is quiet and restful.” Aug 17, 2008 by
Julie from Parks, AR
“A very clean hotel that more than reached our expectations. We were all more than satisfied all of us.” Aug 12, 2008 by
Tracy from Van Buren, AR
“Hotel is attractive. Room was well-kept; halls were not so much (paper peeling & such) all contact with personnel (although admittedly, there wasn't much cause for much contact) was pleasant. Not as close to shopping as I would have preferred, but still, not too far out. I would definitely stay again, but would rather not have someone in the very next room, as there was apparently no insulation whatsoever in walls.” Aug 11, 2008 by
Mark from Madisonville, KY
“Service offered and upgrades offered other guest do not apply to my experience.” Aug 11, 2008 by
Mark S. from Fort Smith, AR
“This hotel was very nice and clean. The location was great!” Aug 10, 2008 by
Mark from Midland, TX
“The stay was nice. But was beyond what I thought it was as far as the niceness of the hotel.” Aug 4, 2008 by
Robert from Dallas, TX
“Very comfortable room but rather small. Ok for a solo but would be rather cramped for a couple. Desk was too tall for the chair provided.” Jul 26, 2008 by
Chris from Fort Smith, AR
“It was pretty good except that I missed free local calls, hot tub, internet in the room and a free breakfast--they didn't even have lobby coffee. Also, the best lobby WiFi wasn't available to guests, only to conference attendees using the large meeting rooms!” Jul 26, 2008 by
Jeff from Lees Summit, MO
“A very nice place to stay.” Jul 24, 2008 by
Gary S. from Tulsa, OK
“Very comfortable and upscale. Needs free Wi-Fi.” Jul 23, 2008 by
Erik from Tampa, FL
“Hotel rooms had musty damp smell and carpets need to be replaced. Showers also had very little water pressure and did not drain properly. It was like taking a shower under a garden hose. Hotel is badly in need of another renovation. Hotel does not reflect well on Hilton brand.” Jul 16, 2008 by
Cliff from Shawnee, KS
“Nice hotel but the swimming pool needed attention. There were hundreds of water bugs. You could not swim in it.” Jul 9, 2008 by
Tonja from Edmond, OK
“We had checked into a room where the commode did not fill back up with water. With one phone call and within less than 5 minutes, we were switched to another room. Absolutely no problem! The beds were very nice and seemed larger than doubles. This area is very close to everything in Tulsa!” Jul 8, 2008 by
Richard from Grand Prairie, TX
“Would stay there again but would not dine in the hotel.” Jun 30, 2008 by
John from Carrollton, TX
“Very nice room at the price. Starbucks in the lobby was nice.” Jun 16, 2008 by
Jerry from Lees Summit, MO
“This is a gorgeous property with very friendly staff and great rooms. My room had 2 double beds, a writing table, hard-wired internet (which I love) and a flat screen LCD TV. The only drawback this time was that it was quite noisy since there was (apparently) a couple of large groups converging and staying there simultaneously.” May 5, 2008 by
Mary from Cypress, TX
“The hotel is very nice, rooms are clean, large and business ready. Love the free bottled water in the room.” Apr 26, 2008 by
Lorri from Oklahoma City, OK
“Would definitely stay at this hotel again. No real problems.” Apr 22, 2008 by
Sally from Caney, KS
“The person at check in upgraded our room. We were down for a king bed only but there were 4 of us so he gave us an upgrade to a suite. Very nice! Newly remodeled from our last visit. It was needed.” Apr 21, 2008 by
Robert from Grand Rapids, MI
“The room looked ok upon the start of the night. After working out in the gym, I returned to my room to shower. Less than 5 minutes into the shower, the whole room flooded (they put me in a handicap room, and there was only 1 inch of protection against the water). When the room flooded, my bag (which was on the floor) was soaked. I asked for a new room, they told me they couldn't manage it, but they would "try" to fix the drain. So, they "tried" and I assumed it was fixed. I get to sleep, and as soon as I do, the only thing I hear all night long was the beep of the Nextel phones in the linen / housekeeping room right next to mine. All night! So, upon waking in the morning, I hop in the shower, and sure enough, the room floods again. I have to get ready in front of the mirror while standing in 2 inches of water, and blow-drying my hair. Luckily I did not drop the blow drier. Overall, a terrible experience.” Apr 14, 2008 by
Chris from Lufkin, TX
“Very comfortable. I would stay there again.” Apr 4, 2008 by
Paul from Wichita, KS
“Not being much of a "stay at hotel guy", I didnt really expect much. I was quite surprised. The room was very nice, bathroom beautiful and my wife wanted to steal the bed it was so comfy. On the downside, the acoustics of the place were horrible. We could hear the people stomping around above us and could almost make out word for word the people talking in the bar area 5 floors below us. Luckily I learned a trick quick about turning on the central air fan which blocked out everything. Anyway, it was worth the money and if I had to, I'd go back.” Mar 26, 2008 by
Tracy from Wichita, KS
“The hotel appeared to be virtually uninhabited as there were VERY few cars out in the parking lot. I have stayed at this hotel many times (well over 5) over the last 10 years and this was the worst stay I have endured. 1) Our 6th floor room was located right outside the ice/pop machine room, which machines emitted discernable noises constantly through our closed room door. 2) Even though it continued to cycle and make noise, the ice machine was not producing ice. I called the front desk, who advised me that they knew it was not working. If they knew this, WHY did they place us on this floor? I asked if there was another ice machine nearby, and they advised, yes, up on the 10th floor. Again, if they knew this when I checked in, why was a 10th floor room not offered? It was very inconvenient to have to go up to the 10th floor for ice. I made my dissatisfaction known to the staff and simply received an offer of a staff member to fetch the ice and a lame "we're sorry for the inconvenience". 3) The heating/AC unit was noisy and it was difficult to maintain a consistent comfortable temperature. 4) On Sunday morning we purchased the Easter brunch that was available. For the price of the buffet (which was VERY high, approx. $90 with all the gratuities, etc. added in), the food was abysmal. No juice or champagne cocktails were offered, which was very disappointing and not in keeping with other Easter brunches I have attended. The crab legs were full of water, the meat in the legs would not come out in whole pieces, but in flakes; they were simply the worst cooked crab legs I have ever seen. The pork loin was tough and overcooked. The chicken breast was tough and overcooked.” Mar 21, 2008 by
Carolyn from Allen, TX
“We had excellent directions, accommodations, food, and all was better than our expectations!” Mar 13, 2008 by
Patrick from Warsaw, IN
“It was great and the view of oral Roberts university was nice.” Feb 25, 2008 by
Tiffany from Tulsa, OK
“I arrived, quick check in. Loved the bed-very comparable to my personal bed at home. 2 days pleasure 2 days business. Meet expectations. Had a flat screen TV. I did however have one problem a coat I had purchased went missing in my room. Did not realize it was gone till I got home. I had it packed the second night I was there. Stayed packed till 4 nights later. Too late to bring it up to mgmt.” Feb 7, 2008 by
Kristine from Stillwater, OK
“Some dishes were left outside of rooms for more than 1 day. I'm not sure if there were any cleaning staff on the floor at all that day.” Feb 6, 2008 by
Tony from Cedar Park, TX
“I had to go back online (in the TINY free wireless area of the lobby) and add a day to my stay. They never came in cleaned my room, restocked towels, coffee, etc. Also none of the coat hangers would fit on the hanger rod. (Useless) Some black stuff maybe mold stuck to the bathroom vent. Only allowed two bath towels per room a day without asking for more. No map in the room to show where pool, vending, etc were.”
