  • The bed was very comfortable, the room was neat and clean.
  • The only negative thing I can say about my stay was that the carpet in the room was still damp. I guess it had been shampooed.

“The hotel was well worth the price I paid. It was clean, well accommodated, close to restaurants and local events, the staff was courteous and friendly, the bed was extremely comfortable.”

  • Close to medical centers!
  • Parking. Handicapped have to struggle to get baggage into lobby and up to room.

  • Original room was 1 King but they moved us to two Doubles without hassle.

  • The room was very nice and roomy.
  • It took a long time standing in line to check in. They needed help at the front desk.

  • I liked the pillows very much, which is a big deal to me.
  • No microwave in the room.

“Very nice hotel that felt clean and definitely above average on decor, sheets, towels, etc. It is a great choice for me when I travel to Tulsa because it is close to a highway, although not right on it, and also to other major shopping/eating areas.”

  • Very beautiful hotel. Looked nice.
  • The room had mold in it which causes all sorts of problems.

“Although this hotel looked beautiful, the room had a great deal of black mold from floor to ceiling, behind the window curtains. This caused a great deal of reparatory problems that caused me to be up most of the night. The hotel solution was to move me to another room (after the damage was done) and to give me a "free breakfast. I was shocked that a hotel that was so beautiful had such a bad room problem. I am not sure I would ever want to stay at this hotel again.”

  • Location was good, bed was comfortable.
  • The room was filthy.

“There was a layer of dust on top of the hairdryer, dust collected around outlets, dried feces near handle on the toilet, dirty walls in bathroom, dried food (corn) and rubber bands on the floor below desk, a ladies panty hose stocking on the floor in the closet, with a layer of dust around the edges of the floor. Evidence of very poor housekeeping. Wanted to leave, but couldn't because of cancellation policy and had to stay there for 2 nights. Horrible experience, especially with 2 small kids who wanted to play on the floor.”

  • I really liked customer service. They were friendly. I also liked the room and hall ways, it was well kept.
  • One waitress escorted us to a table and when we got up to get our food, she sat someone else at our table.

  • 24/7 free internet service.
  • Old, not very clean, noisy, expensive restaurants.

“I was very disappointed with this hotel. It was old, not very clean, noisy, you can hear just about everything in the hallways and everything in the room next door. The restaurant was very expensive which forced you to go out to eat. Rooms were not vacuumed and the furniture was very old, hotel room doors were very old and banged around. The hotel never ran all it's elevators at once making it very difficult to get to and leave your room.”

  • Nice upscale & open lobby, room was clean and comfortable.
  • During my stay, 3 bus loads of teenagers also stayed, very loud.

“Nice location, local amenities are close to hotel, clean comfortable rooms, soft beds, had a problem with noisy teenagers but staff resolved issue within an hour. It is definitely not a 2 star motel; this is a 3 star hotel at least. I look forward to traveling to Tulsa again and staying at the Marriott again.”

  • The breakfast buffet was not well staffed.

“I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was very clean and staff was very friendly. Loved the spa. The biggest negatives were that I thought the pool was heavily chlorinated and the breakfast buffet seemed to be understaffed at times.”

  • From the moment of arrival to our departure we were treated wonderfully.
  • Being a holiday evening there wasn't anything we didn't like.

“Being a Thanksgiving, evening we were greeted by a great staff in all parts of the hotel. Wonderfully surprised by the hospitality room and the cleanliness of our room. This hotel will be one on our list of places to stay again in the Future Rolla, MO.”

  • Ease to get to, close to our destination, bed was a great playground.
  • Disinfectant smell, parking was restricted due to repairs.

“We had a nice room on the sixth floor. The bathroom was set up as a handicap facility and therefore not as convenient as I would like. The strong disinfectant smell bothered me at first. This hotel seems to cater toward traveling business men. The bed was good and clean and all employees we encountered were pleasant and knowledgeable.”

  • Front desk clerks were very helpful and super friendly.
  • The only problem I had was the TV stand door fell on my foot when I opened it to watch the news.

  • The indoor pool is very nice and it has beautiful guest rooms.
  • The hold on my debit card.

“Upon checking in, my husband gave the clerk our debit card for any incidentals we might have during our stay. We purchased a movie and a bowl of cereal for our 3 year old from room service. The hotel placed a 530.00 hold on our account for three days to "guarantee the funds for our purchase". I thought 530.00 were a bit ridiculous for a 17.00 purchase. I guess next time we will use our credit card.”

  • The room was big and we were left alone all weekend and there were plenty of towels in the room.
  • The food prices were a little high. It was hard to regulate the heat and air.

“We went there for a much needed get away. It was the perfect hotel for that. We were left alone the whole time. The room was quiet and comfortable. There were plenty of towels in the room. We didn't get room service as we did feel those prices were too high, but everything else was very nice.”

  • Maid service was terrible.

“Because we used, it seemed that we were 2nd rate by the lobby staff. Any special requests were denied because of using it. Every other hotel that we have used it for has been most accommodating. Our room had a leaky window, and our view was the roof. They changed us to a room with a moldy toilet. One day we didn't get maid service and other days, it was far from great. I will not stay there again.”

  • The desk staff lady was very competent and checked me out very fast and I didn't have to wait.
  • I liked everything about it.

“The room was clean and the bed had a pillow top on the mattress that was very comfortable. A free newspaper was at the door in the morning. I had the choice when I arrived to either have a bell boy or take my own luggage upstairs, and since my luggage had rollers on it, I took my own as did my young son. Nice accommodations and nice lobby. I will definitely stay there again.”

“The hotel was beautiful and nicely appointed. The service was terrible! I called for towels that did not come for 45 minutes, and I had to call again to get them. I called for a bellman, and the front desk person said that they would send someone right up, they never came. I called again, and after a total of 45 minutes, I had to go down and get my own cart to bring my stuff down. When I called down for a bellman the first time, I had asked for my car to be pulled up from valet. When I finally got my own stuff down to the front door, my car had not been pulled up (45 minutes should have been more than enough time to bring a car up. I had to go to the front desk and get my keys and get my own car out of valet. I was traveling on business, and I had my family with me. I stay at nice hotels for the services. This one failed miserably this time. It is too bad, because the hotel is nice.”
