• The location was centralized and the furniture was comfortable.
• The hotel staff was basically non-existent.

“This hotel is comfortable, clean, and the location is centralized. A Few hiccups caused by the staff such as a scheduled wake up call didn't happen, no one available at check out, and a few other minor events would not keep me from staying here again. Keep in mind this hotel is truly for long stays so come prepared and ask ahead of time what to bring (i.e. your own hair dryer and shampoo).”

• No lobby service to check in at night. Key was left in a mailbox. drunks hanging out on premises. no airport shuttle.

“No service. Not near airport and no airport shuttle. $30.00 cab fee. Very scary place at night. Glad I wasn't traveling with my daughter.”

• It met all my requirements. However, the Olympics were there and I got no sleep due to their noise and thoughtlessness.
• The staff tried to quiet the guests but they didn't cooperate.

• Dedicated desk personnel, spotless room, freeway accessible, abundant shopping nearby. A++++++++.
• TV too small, needs to be mounted higher.

“These Extended Stay people get it. They appreciate that you are spending to stay with them and they project their thanks through respectful behavior. We have stayed with you near the Oklahoma City airport, the Little Rock West location, and this time near the outer belt in Omaha to catch an early flight.”

• Nicely decorated, clean with fitness room.
• The kitchen was ill-equipped, a terrible stove and pots.

“Great suite hotel. Our only complaint was the terrible oven/stove and pots and pans. The pots and pans were warped and heated unevenly. The oven was extremely slow to warm up and was very dirty. It had a fenced patio, which hinted at a nonexistent pool, but there was a charcoal and propane grill out there.”

“We enjoyed having lots of room to move around but the housekeepers need to make sure they have gathered all of the garbage. also it would have been nice to have more than one packet of coffee and maybe some sample shampoo.”

• A layout of rooms would be a helpful addition to after hours check-in packet.

“One of the employee was working, and remembered me from my last stay. She has been awesome to work with, and has gone out of her way to make me happy and my stay an enjoyable one.”

• Sparse accommodations. Cheap sheets, no hair dryer, no tissues, not shampoo.

“Staff was very accommodating. Check in was quick and the staff was informative. The hotel is well 'used'. Even the least expensive hotels I have stayed in have hair dryers, tissues, and shampoo.”

• It was convenient for us and fit our needs of a clean place to stay for one night.
• I wouldn't call it immaculate, but it was clean enough, and located near the mall and Interstate.

• The front desk staff wasn't real nice.

“This is an extended stay with nice rooms, our room smelled when we first got there, but it improved. The room was clean, we were questioning the cleanliness of the extra linen for the Hide-a-bed. The kitchen was clean, the room was comfortable and nice sized. We asked the front desk for a late-check out of 1 hour and they charged us for another full day.”

“This is the 2nd time I've stayed here, the first time almost 2 years ago. It still smells the same way! I thought like Mexican food my BFF thought celery. It really is just a horrid smell. The rooms didn't smell as bad as the hallway but next time I get this hotel I have to remember candles. Aside from that, it was good. The size of the room was very good and I thought it was clean. Oh I forgot to tell them, the toilet does not stop running unless you jiggle the handle a couple times. But yeah for what I paid for it was great, just that nasty smell.”

• The location was excellent, the room was spacious and clean.
• My only complaint was dirty silverware in the kitchenette.

“Geared towards business travelers needing an extended stay, the rooms were good sized and the kitchenettes were well appointed. My expectations were exceeded and was very pleased with the room, and the location of the facility itself. Although the room was perfect for my husband and I for a long weekend, I'm not sure if I would choose to stay there with my husband and our three kids. The room would definitely be a bit cramped as it is set up to be a small studio apartment, not a family resort. I would absolutely recommend this for a couple traveling without kids or a single traveler.”

• Good Locations.
• Non-smoking room reeked of smoke and hotel staff were unwilling to change rooms.

“Don't stay here. The prices aren't that much cheaper than La Quinta or Super 8, but the quality is terribly inferior. Everything was extremely cheap and worn, from the carpets to the mattress to the TV. The non-smoking rooms have obviously been smoked in for years. We ended up spending a lot of money on Febreze and air fresheners, and had to leave the window open in sub-zero temperatures just to get enough fresh air to breathe properly. The internet was nothing close to high-speed if you could ever connect to it. Nothing at this hotel made me want to return at any point.”

• I liked having the refrigerator available.
• The halls smelled like taco meat and I had to wait for someone to show up to check me in.

“This hotel is a good long term place, but is out of the way for a 2 night visit. I didn't feel safe at this hotel. The parking lot did not provide good lighting and there was not much staff around to provide any needs.”

“For the price paid, this hotel was a great deal. It is conveniently located close to West roads mall, I-80, many convenient stores and a Walgreens. The hotel features an above-average fitness center. The room itself is more spacious than the typical hotel room with a full sized fridge, stove, and dishwasher.”

“I over all had a very nice experience with this hotel. The rooms were spacious. It had a full kitchen witch makes it great for extended stays. I would recommend it for a practical type of travel need. It wasn't fancy. It is decent and clean great for two stars.”

• Driveway very icy, need king size bed carpets need cleaning.

“All in all it was a pleasant experience. We made our coffee and were able to relax on the couch/chair to watch TV and drink our coffee. A continental breakfast would have been nice. The parking lot could have been cleared better, pretty treacherous trying to walk on it.”

“Centrally located, easy to find, friendly staff. The room could be updated a little. There was duck tape hold carpet near the door and the kitchen was slightly messy. The oven was not clean and a good amount of dust on top of the fridge. The inside of the fridge was very clean. There were just small things that might not be noticed by someone who sees it every day. I have stayed there in the past and probably would again.”

• My 2 year old was able to get into everything.

“The studio plus Omaha west in Omaha has pleasant staff, and quick, efficient check in and out. Plenty of parking near my room was available. I never heard another person, TV, or other outside noise while in my room. All doors required a key card. Exercise & laundry rooms available.”

• The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are modern and spacious.
• Could update their televisions with larger screens.

“My wife has recently had knee surgery. The staff was extremely nice with the situation and gave us a handicapped room. They went above and beyond with their helpfulness. I have stayed here often and always found this to be a quality place to stay. The quality of the professional staff I would place above typical hotels I have stayed at. I have never had a bad stay at this motel and would recommend it to others.”
