• Comfortable mattress.
• No fan in the bathroom. It became very steamy.

• The staff was very accommodating by bringing us a small room-size refrigerator when we asked about refrigerating a few items.
• The sink was in the same room as the toilet and tub.

“The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Hotel was easy to find and across the street from a shopping mall. We first tried the recommended restaurant in the mall (Bonefish Grill), but it was crowded, noisy, and there was a long wait for a table. The Omaha Chophouse in the Marriot proved to be quiet and have excellent food and service. Their breakfast brunch was also superior.”

• I love the location. It's very nice and will be nicer.
• It's getting dated but they are on task to fix that.

• The rooms are wearing out but it's clear they are about to update.

“Beautiful hotel, easy to navigate because it's not huge. Perfect location in Omaha. The beds are really comfortable. The rooms are somewhat worn and tired to be expected. You can tell renovations are imminent. My room wasn't spotless, there were candy wrappers in the ice bucket, heavy dust on the baseboard behind the night stand. The shower grout was mildew. Cleaning crews need to look just a little deeper. All to be expected due to age and heavy use of this hotel. I still love it, will use it when I go home to Omaha.”

• Clean and very well maintained.
• Housekeeping did a good job, but spoke no English so it was very difficult to communicate. Had several knocks on door and phone calls because of this.

“Great hotel for price. Would stay again for sure. Only issue was housekeeping - only spoke Spanish so they had to have other people call or knock on the door to find out if I needed housekeeping that day, but they did a good job. Outdoor pool was great, everything was well maintained and clean. Was very satisfied.”

• Very convenient room to navigate and very comfortable bed.
• Do not know what it would be. Everything good.

“Helpful staff. Clean and upscale room with amenities. Comfortable bed and lots of pillows. The location was outstanding and the area had plenty of nice restaurants. Top marks for this hotel.”

• The bed was very comfortable.
• Wasn't super clean. Saw hairs in the bathroom.

“Excellent place to stay for the money. Make sure you get directions before going. It's a little tricky to find. The room was very modern & updated. We loved the comfort of the bed.”

• Excellent staff. Great location for shopping. Nice swimming pool and work out facility.
• Sink leaked however they offered a new room with free room service!

“I was disappointed in quality of the hotel. I was also very disappointed that when I called to verify the room size and type as well as place a crib in the room they agreed. However when I arrived they said that room was not available, they also said that if the crib was not in the room that I would need to call back down to the lobby. Of course the crib was not in the room. The soda machine near the room was not taking dollar bills instead of getting the change I requested at the front desk, she pointed me to a restaurant down the hall where I had to ask for 12 ounce cans of soda for more money than the 20 ounce bottles in the machines. These tiny things that don't cost a hotel any money are the things that can ruin a stay for someone. These customer service items did not make my stay worth it.”

• Had balcony off room so wife could go outside and smoke.
• Parking in front was minimal. Generally full parked which made for a walk but, not inconvenient.

“Very nice. Very comfortable. Papers at door in the morning. Nice complimentary coffee downstairs was outstanding. Was extremely relaxing on a four day business trip and spouse was happy.”

• Very noisy. Doors slamming constantly.

“The hotel hallways in general were very noisy. The staff wasn't concerned about guest experience. I thought for a Marriott the overall service was poor. I went to the gift shop for a water and it was closed for twenty minutes but no offer was made to compensate me for my inconvenience. I thought a free water at this point was the least they could have done.”

• The staff was friendly, clean rooms and everyone was helpful. This was closes to restaurants and shopping. Loved it.
• No refrigerator in the room and no microwave but you can ask them to bring one up.

• Close to shopping, cozy bar with excellent deserts for late night drink and snack.
• Breakfast buffet a little crowded. I wish I would of ordered off the menu.

“Hotel was a great weekend get away for my husband and my anniversary. Very close to shopping, movies, restaurants, and car dealerships. The bed was nice and firm, linens were high quality, and the shower had a good strong pressure. The staff was very friendly, easiest check-in ever. Found a quiet and private place for desert and drink at the lounge. I would give the hotel a A-, it looks like it is ready for a remodel. It is some what dated, but not as bad as some places I have stayed. I would highly recommend.”

• Loved the Chophouse restaurant. Great steaks, but pricey.
• Charge of $10 a day for internet is ridiculous! I will not stay here simply because of the high charge even though rest of hotel was great.

“The stay at this hotel was comfortable and the location was good it was in the Business District and was a business hotel which I liked. However, due to the high charge for daily internet rate I will not stay there again. Internet rate was way overpriced this should be less in this day and age.”

• There is nothing I didn't like about it.

“This is a motel I would stay at again in a Heartbeat. It was beautiful, my kids loved the pool, it was close to shopping and restaurants. We all had a great time.”

In my opinion they should charge an even $4.99 for adults & kids under 14 eat free. It was in a nice location just a few blocks from a mall, and other restaurants. There lounge was very nice & the staff was very helpful, Courteous, & very friendly.”

• Nice casual atmosphere. Great facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.
• The room could have been cleaner and bathroom needed renovations. No free internet.

“This is a pleasant hotel with friendly and helpful staff and great facilities. Rooms and public spaces were clean but due to the age of the hotel it could do with a few updates. I am fussy about having a non smoking room that is actually non smoking and this hotel gave me that! The only real downfall would be having to pay $10 a day to use wireless internet which for me is necessary. Overall, a good experience!”

• The beds were comfortable.
• Bathroom sink leaked like a waterfall under the cabinet on my dry cleaned clothes.

“I believe that the hotel had to know of the plumbing problem and rented the room anyway. I checked out at 6 am on July 6th. The front desk clerk, showed no concern and did not say he apologized for my ruined clothes, inability to use the sink. We brushed our teeth in the tub!”

“Absolutely perfect location in Omaha. Spotlessly clean and in top condition. It offers anything you could want in a hotel. It's a Marriott for heck's sake. I have stayed there many times and hope to stay many more. It's was just the perfect spot in Omaha to hang your hat at the end of the day when you are a guest in town.”
