• Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere.
• Distance from airport is a bit long.

“Friendly staff, convenient location near drug store and supermarket, useful internet connection by on-site computer, plenty of parking spaces, moderate pricing for room. Refrigerator and microwave in room were a plus. Maid service was good. Swimming pool and fitness room were great.”

• Very up-to-date. At first glance, looked very classy.
• Seen 5 bugs on my stay, 3 dead on the bathroom floor when I got there.

“This was a nice up-to-date hotel, although I wouldn't say it was great. I really appreciated the water pressure in the shower, some hotels are terrible in that area. Breakfast in the dining area was pretty good. It was worth the price only because my child was free. I would give it 7 out of 10 stars and I would stay there again.”

• I wish the bath/shower had more grab bars. One did not seem adequate.

“The hotel was in a quiet area, away from main roads. There was shopping and restaurants a short distance away. Getting to downtown Omaha was very easy.”

“Originally, I thought this hotel was going to be great. The person who checked us in was very kind and upgraded our room to a room with a refrigerator since we were staying so long. Unfortunately, that was were the good stuff ended. The room was so small that we could barely fit in it. (We were traveling with our three small children and the hotel knew this.) One day during our stay, our room was not cleaned at all. At the end of our stay, we ended up having to check out early than expected and the desk clerk, although nice, had no idea how to do this and it took almost a half hour to check out.”

• Good location and adequately appointed.
• Toilet stool required manual flushing, staff accused us of smoking in room without
  any justification.

“Bathroom stool did not work unless tank was filled with water after each use. Hotel full, not given different room until second night. When leaving, staff falsely accused us of smoking in room based purely on seeing us exit building to smoke outside. Falsely claimed to have received report. Very angering and insulting.”

• Rooms were very nice and spacious (huge!).
• A little bit out of the way, since our business was at the Qwest Center.

• Did not address complaint for repair of room item.

“Although clean, this hotel did not sparkle as I would expect this star level. Carpets were worn and stained. Room was comfortable. Toilet seat was loose, I asked that it be tightened, but hotel staff blew off my concern. Will not return to this hotel.”

• The hotel was so much nicer than I expected.
• The hot tub was too cool. The staff would not make it warmer.

“This hotel was great, not expensive, and I was delightfully surprised with the quality. I enjoy the Radisson's bedding over everyone else, but they were right up there. I would definitely stay there again, and pass a good review with friends.”

• The kitchenette in the room; excellent addition.
• The staff was unfriendly.

“The room was nicely decorated, and I loved the kitchenette. The front desk staff was unfriendly but the room was very comfortable so that made up for the unfriendly staff.”

• Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
• When it involves kids its about the pool. For adults--the Jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was shut down and the pool water heavily chlorinated.

“Clean hotel with good service. The pool was open but cloudy. The Jacuzzi was closed. It is important for kids to have the water recreation. Please make this a priority or patrons will look elsewhere!”

• The bed was comfortable.
• Tub did not drain, keys stopped working, and it was dirty.

“When I took my first shower, the tub did not drain at all. I called and it was fixed, but if housekeeping was cleaning the tub, they would have seen this. The iron did nothing but leak water on my clothes. It took 2 requests for them to bring another iron that turned out to be worse. Every morning and night the trash cans were overflowing at the pool and entrances. My key stopped working twice during my stay. I was on the far end of the hotel and had to go to the front desk each time for a new key. After working all day in 100 degree heat, I came in and all I wanted was a shower and dinner. I had no towels. I called and they said because they were sold out, they did not have enough towels. They were in the laundry and would be up in an hour or so. My entire 10 day stay was terrible.”

• Whirlpool was clean and nice. Courtyard was nice.
• Our room was dirty when we checked in and the hotel staff did nothing to correct it.

“I was very disappointed. Usually this hotel is nice but our room had obviously not been cleaned when we checked in and when I asked the staff to clean it they said they would but they never did. When I told another staff about it when we checked out she said the manager would call me and he never did. very disappointing!”

• Outdoor pool and courtyard was nice.
• It could have been cleaner and some updating on the carpet. The ice machines were not working.

“This is an o.k. hotel, especially if you would like something simple to get to and to have an outdoor pool. There is some dining nearby but not a lot that is family friendly mostly bars. Good-sized room and very friendly housekeeping staff.”

• Dessert.
• Mold, pool published but not working, bugs in our room, poor customer service.

“We selected this hotel primarily because it listed a pool (for our kids to unwind). When we checked in we were told by a cocky young man that it wasn't set up yet, so the kids were very disappointed. We checked into our room and I called to get linens for the fold-out couch. the same cocky front desk person said "have you opened the couch yet?" I replied "no" and he said "you need to open it first". Then hung up. So I opened it, and there was only a fitted sheet. So I called back and asked again, he seemed put out that I called and that we needed linens. Just after that, I killed 2 earwigs crawling on the walls and when I took a shower in the morning the shower curtain had black mold all over it as did the walls around the toilet. The food service staff were very friendly and courteous.”

• The door to outside needed a key but was not locked.

“We started to eat at the restaurant on the property, but the waitress, if you call her that, couldn't even tell us what drinks they offered and had an attitude when we asked her if she could find out. There is no indoor pool and it really let us down.”

• It was nice and quiet, with comfortable rooms.
• We weren't able to swim due to bad weather and the pool being outside.

“It was clean and the staff was friendly. We only ate breakfast at the hotel, but it was a good breakfast where the kids ate free. All in all a good experience.”
