• Staff was very friendly, and the grab and go breakfast was terrific.

“The hotel was adequate and fairly clean. Pool was dirty so we didn't even think about swimming in it. Internet (Ethernet) was extremely slow and would cut out on us. A business person would become very frustrated. At first we couldn't even connect, and had to talk to a technician and they walked us through the process trying to decide why we couldn't connect. Finally connected. The one good point is that the internet is free. There was no DVD player in the room, and the television was very small, but they did have cable. First hotel room, where the temperature was easily controlled, and fairly quiet.”

• The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Great location.
• The walls were very thin and we could hear conversations from the room next door while we were trying to sleep even though they were not being loud.

“Very clean and comfortable rooms. The only negative part to our stay was that while we were trying to sleep, we could hear conversations from the room next to us. They were not being overly loud so I think it was a case of very thin walls.”

• The bed pillows and linen were great.

“It was clean, great location, The girl at the front desk helped us plan a route to our Dr.s appointments for the next day. When we were leaving they were cleaning the pool as we walked by and they spoke loud and clear in a very friendly manner to us. A great experience for us and thank you for making it affordable too.”

• Washer & dryer connections were convenient. Late night staff nice.
• I was put in a handicap room with only a shower, not tub.

“I arrived late and was put in a handicap room of which only had a shower. It leaked water all over the bathroom floor. No hot breakfast because kitchen under construction.”

• Elevator was in a poor location.

“This hotel was in a very convenient location. Breakfast was good and ready and waiting at 6:30am. The staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome, help with directions, and take care of us.”

“Hotel overall was quite pleasant and satisfactory. The bed in our room needs replaced, the box springs have broken down and I was fighting all night to sleep without sliding down the slope against my husband. Got very little sleep, I finally got up and lay on the sofa.”

• Having a kitchen available and the friendly staff, and a nice comfortable bed.
• The fold out couch had a stressed frame, causing us to modify sleeping. Nothing really offered for breakfast, lacks in fitness equipment.

“This was an excellent hotel. This makes a great place to stay when visiting my son at the Corps. For those who can pay a bit more, I would recommend it to anyone wanting a clean and comfortable stay with laundry/clean pool, etc.”

• The price was great. I like that there was a kitchen and it was a suite.
• Non-smoking rooms and there was no other option

• The bed and the cleanliness were excellent!
• What they provided for a breakfast snack wasn't good for people who couldn't eat sugar.

“The hotel was in excellent condition for being 10 years old. We thought it was brand new. The bed was comfortable, it was so clean, and everyone was friendly. We would stay there again!”

• Staff very accommodating; felt secure, was clean.
• Unexpectedly stayed an extra night but room was not cleaned prior to extra stay.

“Overall, great. Even though I unexpectedly stayed an extra night, I was given my same room, which I requested. Room just was not cleaned before extra day, but that was okay since the whole stay was only for 2 nights ¿ did not get that dirty, but it would have been nice. I'm sure they would have cleaned had I asked - they accommodated me for everything else I requested! Will stay there again.”

“The hotel staff was very nice although the continental breakfast was mostly nonexistent because of the small lobby. They were happy to upgrade our room when they did not have the promised one available. There was, however, no television in the second bedroom.”

• Oh my gosh, the people at the front desks! Wonderful!
• Nothing I didn't like.

“We were looking for a hotel at last minute for a funeral. Very helpful, friendly, etc. I do not know the names of the employees that we were in contact with but it was a gentleman working overnight on the night of the 6th, then a lady in the morning time. Our room was clean and smelled really good when we went in. ”

“We were impressed with the hotel lay out - there was a lot of room the way that it was organized. The kitchen was immaculately clean and nice. Although we didn't cook we did use the refrigerator bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. It was just a great value because we were so comfortable there. It was quiet and we slept well.”

• It didn't resemble the traditional hotel and with the amenities felt more like home.
• Nothing

“This 'home away from home' is a great place to stay right in the middle of shopping, restaurants, and right on the main thoroughfare. It is large enough to invite friends into for games, a meal, or to visit. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have encountered in modestly priced hotels. Be careful or you just might pass it by, thinking it is a luxury apartment complex!”

• I loved that suite, I had no idea that I would have a kitchen to cook in wonderful.
• I loved everything.

“I was quite surprised when I walked into my room. I had no idea that I was going to have suite. I thought it would be a plain room. Needless to say to my surprise it was wonderful. I loved the bed too it was so soft and lots and lots of soft pillows. I was extremely happy with this room. In addition, it was in the perfect location too. I would stay there again if I needed to. It was wonderful, I didn't want to leave.”

• There was food left in the refridgerator from the last guest.

“The hotel was nice,when we checked in the lady was busy and not very friendly but she wasn't rude. The room was large and roomy. I just wasn't sure it had been cleaned well. The coffee pot had coffee on the pot and heating element and there were 2 towels thrown on the floor in the closet. The bed was made and I assumed the sheets had been changed. I would go back but next time I would bring these problems to the attention of the manager.”

• I felt very safe. You needed a key card to get into the building, pool, exercise room, etc. Great!
• Check in process was very slow.

“Towneplace Suites was a great place to stay. Swimming pool, exercise room, nicely decorated spacious rooms, clean, friendly staff, kitchenette with full sized fridge, plenty of free parking, and "Breakfast-to-Go" the next morning. I would definitely stay there again!”
