• Staff upgraded room to a suite without charging more.
• Smell and cleanliness of room.

“Hotel very unclean, bathroom dirty. Odor to room. Hairs noted in shower. Mold and mildew in shower and bathtub.”

• Close to interstate.
• Ran out of hot water in the morning.

“We used this as a base for going to the Canton arts and crafts festival. Excellent for that. It would be nice if they would make the breakfast hours extend longer on Sunday, however.”
