• The price was adequate for the star level.
• The neighbor hood was not the best location.

“I was very pleased with this hotel for a business trip. The price was right, the beds were comfortable, WiFi in rooms and was right off of the interstate.”

• The desk clerk was attractive.
• It was musty and smelled like bug spray.

“I had great digfficulty finding the hotel. The other guests had no concept of late hours and were outside of my room talking on cell phones and to each other all night too. Very poor all the way around.”

• Beds were nice, air worked great.
• Small shower, no microwave or small frig.

“It was nice hotel but my daughter thought you should have a microwave and small frig, otherwise a very hotel. We did have a problem with the hot water once; it didnt heat up until we ran the water a long time, not sure why it happened.”

• Most of the staff was good, manager a problem.
• General manager was not living up to their logo of satisfaction guarantee.

“I have been at this hotel several times and on one visit. I was dissatisfied and ask for a discount on the next visit (two weeks later) and refused to give first and all of a sudden the charge was run through my credit card a month before my stay. If that had not happened I would not have gone back there at all.”

• Comfortable beds, clean rooms.
• A little bit too much air freshener, eventually got used to it.

“I just needed a place to sleep while driving through Dallas. This place was great. Nicer than some 3-star hotels I've been to.”

• I was surprised at the hotels cleanliness.
• I thought the time for the continental breakfast was cut short.

“Thought it was a bit out of the way, it was very clean and quiet. No problems with the room or television. It is was I've come to expect of a LaQuinta Hotel.”

• Nice and comfortable.
• 20 miles from our visit location.

“Everything was great the only thing is that we needed to travel about 20 miles to family which was little out of everyones way. We were picked up every morning and dropped off in the evening and it was loss of time. Otherwise, it was nice.”

• It was clean and safe (with 24 hour security) and the staff was very helpful.
• The breakfast doesn't include the waffles that every other La Quinta I've been to has.

“This hotel is very decent and probably the best 2 star hotel in this little area. The friendly and attentive care from the hotel staff pushes it far beyond any hotel around the area, including that of some 3 or 4 star hotels I've been to in other cities.”

• I really didnt like much from the hotel.
• The room smelled like a public restroom.

“I didnt not like my stay at the hotel. I order a 2 star hotel but the one I got seem like a no star hotel. Maybe next time I will just try 3 stars.”

• We were sent to a room at the very back of the hotel. It was dark!

• The room was clean and did not smell like a smoking room.
• Nothing.

“This La Quinta, although, a motel rather than a hotel was much better than the regency hotel we stayed at last weekend. The room was very clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable. Much more so than the regency hotel just down the road. This motel should be upgraded to a high star hotel. Between Marriott in mesquite and the regency hotel in Dallas.”

• The rate I received was no better than a walk in rate.

“Friendly staff in a property in need of reconditioning. Some confusion at check in, but not really the fault of the front staff. Friendly, helpful staff in a run down property.”

• Beware- This hotel charged my credit card after I had paid for the room.
• They, then, would not credit my card without being threatened with a lawyer!

“Be very careful! It has been over a week and they still will not make the overcharge correct. The manager has never returned my calls and will not talk with me. Never stay at this hotel!”

• Employees were helpful, grounds were very clean and well kept.
• I had room overlooking pool. Very noisy.

“Nice hotel, although not convenient location to downtown and central business district. Employees were helpful, friendly, and willing to accommodate. Room was nice, clean, well stocked, and air conditioner worked very nice during the hot weather.”

• Quiet.
• Smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.

“It was clean but carpets were stained and worn. Air conditioner was fairly noisy. Interior was up to date with high speed internet access in room. The remote to TV was a corded video game controller, so tripping was an issue. Over all it was ok for a one night layover. Would not stay longer than that with kids, it is in a questionable part of town. It took a good 30 min to get to airport.”

• The staff was friendly.
• Asked for a non smoking room, smelled a lot like smoke.

“It was very convient to the locations we were traveling. We were able to park right outside the door so loading and unloading was easy.”

“I looked forward to getting this questionnaire because I wanted to comment that the La Quinta Inn had the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept on.
<>Upon checking in at the front desk, the clerk had my room key and packet ready for me. Check in time was minimal.
<>This La Quinta Inn has great customer service.”
