• suite hotel with only one queen bed and pullout that was uncomfortable

“The hotel is dated. the kitchen area was large and had plates and utensils. The location was close to a mall but it had a small grocery store nearby. Not the most conveint place to stay if you are passing thru Lincoln however it was very clean.”

• Quiet.
• Tree droppings all over.

“Not bad but they would not give us two real beds. Which meant one of us slept on a sofa. Not real comfortable. They came out and told me this when I called. I thought that was really sub standard. Pretty good and there seems to be a different set of standards with this chain, after all the hotel was not entirely booked.”

• Great quality
  large suites, good breakfast, friendly staff.
• Remote location, away from the downtown. Everything else was great.

“My fiancée and I stayed at Chase suites over memorial weekend when we were back visiting my family. The hotel was a great buy for the money. The rooms were large with
all of the amenities that we needed. The free continental breakfast was really good. There was also a pool and basic workout room, but I didn't utilize either of those. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel.”

• We had same room as last time. Housekeeping's attention to detail was incredible. Cutlery and kitchen tools neatly arranged in drawers. Amazing.
• A bit far from the airport.

“Clean, comfortable and affordable. Full kitchen, great bed and pillows; large bathroom. Easy place to settle into for several days. Staff was great. Close to shopping, dining, and historic downtown.”

• The bed was amazingly comfortable! I even wrote down the brand name of the mattress!
• It was not right off of the freeway, we did have to drive 7 miles into town to get to it.

• The layout of the kitchen and living room area.
• Worn out, needs remodeling and not handicap accessible.

“The suite was on the second floor. The fact was that it is up two sets of unlit deck style flights of seven steps. One of the people in are party has limited mobility and needs a wheel chair or walker. When we took this up with the staff, they did not offer any solution. The layout of the suites is done well, beds were comfortable, kitchen would work well for a long stay. However the room is in need of repair and the toilet was clogged. The place looked worn out and is need of a remodel. The fireplace is wood burning and you had to buy wood from the hotel. Neither room was handicap accessible especially the bathrooms. They have no guide bars and the doors are smaller then most standard interior doors. Breakfast was by far the worst continental breakfast I've ever had in 20 years of travel. Everything was either not fresh, under cooked or in short supply. To add to the frustration of the stay, the breakfast area is only accessible by stairs. The staff was unhelpful except one person. An older lady that offered to help get up the stairs. The courtyard was poorly lit and the whole hotel is not handicap accessible. Overall the whole property is in disrepair and in need of a complete remodel. Even the fruit at the front desk was of poor quality.”

• Full kitchen area, large counter in bathroom sink area, fireplace, nice bedding.
• Slight smell, like a dog had stayed there. Mattress was a little worn in the center. Made you tend to roll to the center.

“Very pleasant stay. Felt like our own studio apartment. Home made muffins in the morning along with many other breakfast items to enjoy along side a nice warm fireplace. Location was set back of the street and therefore quiet and private. Very nice.”

• Kitchenette in every room.
• No free internet in rooms.

“As a person who spends a week in a different city every week, this was a nice change of pace. The area had a small community feel. Rooms were about 8 per small building and all had outdoor entrances. I loved having a kitchen and being able to fix my own meals. The sleeping area was also kind of separate from the living area and kitchen. The continental breakfast was better than I had expected and was pleasantly surprised to find out about their happy hour.”

• Nice rooms. Full kitchen in them.
• I could only get WiFi in my room, I had to go to the clubhouse. Would have appreciated internet in the room.

“Hotel was nice. Rooms were really nice and had more than enough room. Flat screen TV, fireplace, full kitchen, couch etc. I couldn't however get internet in my room, I had to go to the clubhouse to get internet. Outdoor pool and hot tub would have been nice, if the leaves were cleaned out! Besides the pool and the internet very nice place to stay.”

“This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We went for a wedding and every room had something wrong with it. Smokey, smelled, flooded, spiders, hot water for only 2 people (on my wedding day couldn't even shower because water was freezing!) and the toilet seat was so off centre we had to hold on to the sink to go to the bathroom! It was a nightmare and I will never recommend this to anyone ever! Also, half the parking lot was full of old mattresses, ovens, etc. Every guest of ours was really disappointed and from now on we look back and laugh at this awful place.”

“If you are looking for a quiet restful night's sleep and need to work on projects that you have brought with you then this is the place for you. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee was wonderful! Shopping very close by for things you might have forgotten.”

• The check in staff was rude.

“Hotel is great! The rooms were very friendly and inviting. Perfect for business travel. I would have been very inclined to stay there on a business trip if it weren't for the check in staff that day that treated me as if I were a peasant. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and as a result would not stay with this hotel again. I also am very likely to mention my experience to those I speak with that will be traveling to Lincoln.”

• Loved that this hotel was classy, but had a kitchen. Made the weekend getaway a bit more comfortable!
• It is a unique setting and almost apartment like at times. Don't like pool hours. There was also construction going on while we were there.

“The day time staff was quite friendly, while night time security guard was a bit suspicious. Free breakfast includes pancakes or waffles. Coffee was good. Our room was very clean. Pull out couch was not very comfortable. I would definitely go back to this hotel for a weekend getaway!”

“This was a nice place. The room we had had some poor carpentry skills and the bathtub needed replaced it was old and worn. The countertops were dusty and hadn't been wiped down for a while. This is a small condo type place each room has a full kitchen, and pulls out sofa bed. Overall it was a nice place and we would probably stay here again. They have a nice breakfast and during the week they have a managers hour with cocktails, and snacks etc. I am a little harsh because I am a gramophone/clean freak when it comes to motels/hotels! It was a nice place, we didn't swim, but they have what appears to be a nice outdoor pool and hot tub.”

• I like the "cottage" style (separate units). Also liked the landscaping and decor in the room. Clean rooms!!

“Excellent staff attitudes. Helpful and quick, especially when the toilet overflowed! Cleaning staff did our dishes (unexpectedly) in our unit. Very clean rooms and grounds. Felt comfortable. Very nice presentation for breakfast buffet and evening "happy hour." Cold foods were cold, hot foods were almost hot, but not bad. Room was clean and parking was nice and close to the room. I liked the cottage style arrangement of the rooms.”

“After driving 12 hours we arrived in Lincoln at 11am, a few hours earlier than check-in time. The front desk staff was most helpful, contacted the housekeeping staff and had us in a room with-in 45 minutes. We had 2 cats with us and they exempted them for a $5.00 fee. The evening managers reception was more than a drink with a piece of cheese. The staff served grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, potato salad with choice of drink all the makings of a family picnic. I will be staying with them again. Thanks guys.”

• The room we had was very spacious with newly remodeled furnishings. Clean and comfortable!
• We have actually stayed here many times and it has always been a good time!

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It serves a very nice continental breakfast. We had waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. The outdoor pool is very nice. All of the rooms seem to have full kitchens with new appliances.”

• The kitchenette was nice for left over, and the breakfast buffet was remarkable, I was very pleased with the staff hospitality.
• The walkway(s) in front of the stairway were under construction making it slightly difficult to get to our second floor room, the hotel pool is outside.

“Overall the hotel was well worth the money and I would stay again. The rooms were spacious and my three year old had fun playing on the floor. Convenient location made it nice to get to a Shopko and Grasantis Italian Dining (VERY GOOD) also there was a grocery store really close.”

“A wonderful spot! The staff was outstanding, room spotless and in like-new condition, awesome bed, all appliances in perfect working order, many extras provided. The areas are comfortably spacey and pleasingly furnished. Landscaping is very inviting and imaginative. Pool and hot tub well maintained. We feel beckoned to return and hopefully to stay longer! ”
