• Complementary breakfast they out do themselves.
• Nothing, my boys wanted to add they need a bigger pool.

• General facilities, free breakfast.
• Parking is difficult, one way street make the hotel difficult to get to.

“When I checked in, I was booked in a smoking room. When I asked if non-smoking was available, I was given a room that was inconveniently located at the opposite corner from the elevator, next to the vending/ice machine and with the cooling /heating system humming outside the window. Had I paid full price for the room, I would have requested a change.”

• Embassy Suites is more like a nice Condo than a hotel.
• Paid parking across the street.

• Refused to give me a nonsmoking room.

“I called Embassy Suites in Lincoln and requested a nonsmoking room. I was told I would have to wait until checking to make that request. Upon arrival I again requested a nonsmoking room. Room stunk and allergies flared up. I didn't use any services of the hotel as I didn't want to spend any money there.”

• Valet parking was expensive

“I have stayed at the Embassy Suites in Des Moines many times. This was just as impressive. Staff was great. We went to a concert at the Pershing Center which was at walking distance. Excellent area to stay in. If you are going to Lincoln, stay here.”

• Our stay at the Embassy Suites in Lincoln was incredible. It had a great location and was very comfortable.
• The pillows were too fluffy.

“Embassy Suites in Lincoln was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. The free happy hour and breakfast were an added bonus. The location is perfect and the staff was super.”

• Great location-- walking distance to everything downtown and university.
• Breakfast isn't as elaborate as I'm used to at other Embassy properties

• The Sunday a.m. breakfast buffet was delicious!
• They could not fulfill our non-smoking room request.

“Location was excellent for walking to dinner at many restaurants and the show at the Lied Center. Rooms were clean, comfortable and nice decor. Enjoyed the weekend cocktail hour and Sunday morning buffet. Nice experience.”

• It was clean and well appointed. The indoor pool was a real plus.
• Exorbitant extra charges for parking, amenities, Internet access, etc.

“The hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking was a hassle and got to be very expensive, especially for in-and-out short trips. The happy hour coupons were meted out at the rate of five coupons, total, for three people for three days. Internet access was an additional charge and bottled water was $3.50 per bottle. The indoor pool was a bit cold and the hot tub a bit hot. The breakfasts were abundant and very convenient.”

• Breakfast was awesome, friendly staff, great location, clean rooms, great.
• The only room available was a smoking room. It smelled of cigarettes.

“The room was great and it was located in conjunction with the University of Nebraska. The room, however, had a cigarette odor and no other rooms were available. Great breakfast and evening cocktails were nice.”

• Parking garage, no on-site parking.

“The Embassy Suites in Lincoln is a great hotel for singles and families. It is located right across the street form UNL, and is centrally located within the downtown area. There is a free breakfast with your stay, which is wonderful! The staff was courteous and the rooms were spacious and clean.”

• The location was excellent - close to lots of shops/restaurants
• The breakfast buffet, the price of parking

“While this is a beautifully elegant hotel, we were very disappointed in the fact we were placed in a smoking room when we specifically requested NON-SMOKING. Also, after returning home there was a mysterious charge of $3.50 on our credit card - this turned out to be for water we allegedly drank.....after contacting the hotel they did agree to refund the money.”

• It was very clean,the children had a good experience and the breakfast was also very good.
• A wedding party woke us three times in the night in the next room and the smell of smoke was overwhelming causing me to awake nauseated.

• The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was most friendly.
• No on premisis parking resulted in having to pay for daily parking at a garage.

“With an infant daughter in tow, I was concerned about finding a clean hotel in which I was not afraid to set her down. Embassy Suites exceeded my expectations. In addition, any hotel staff that was passes greeted me with a "hello". Great customer service.”

• I had forgotten a few personal items, and the hotel was able to supply me with the missing items.
• The sheets are a little rough. Maybe use a little less starch!

“I love staying at the Embassy suites. This is my third time I have stayed at this hotel, and I've loved every time. It's comfortable, cozy, and clean. Whenever I am in Lincoln, I can't imagine staying anywhere else.”

• I really like the seperation of the livingroom area and bedroom, it worked out well for us. They also had a wonderful breakfast.
• The pool faciilites could be larger and more updated

• This hotel gave us a wonderful breakfast , a beautiful nights sleep and plenty of room.
• My room service food was a bit overcooked. ugh although I would try room service again.

“Embassy Suites is a luxurious hotel with all the emenities for a family our size. It made our stay in Lincoln more relaxed and made it easy to meet with family and to attend a large family wedding . We are really grateful to the Embassy for an enjoyable stay . We will return again.”

• My daughter LOVED it - said it was like a rain forest!
• The air conditioner didn't seem to ever quit even when we turned up the temperature.

“It was beautiful and we loved every minute of it - from the room to the pool and hot tub to the fun game room and the breakfast. Superb!”

• Cleanliness, Friendliness, it was a suite so it kept us away from the noise in the hallways.
• Drunken guests at 3:00 am trying to get in the room (they obviously didn't know where they were) Must have been a wild party somewhere.

“This hotel is probably the nicest we have stayed in in years and we really enjoyed it. It was so clean (and we haven't seen that in a long time). The Made to Order breakfast was a great asset included in the price. It was just an all around great experience away from home.”
