• I was impressed with the restaurant, and the banquet facilities looked very nice also.
• Extended elevator wait time was a small issue for us. Parking garage was very cramped.

“This hotel has obviously been carefully remodeled and upgraded. The room was clean and spacious, and our view was better than average. It was definitely worth the rate we paid, and I would stay there again.”

• Location. Overnight stayover.
• Parking was a mess had to drive around for 10 minutes before we found a spot.

“Cost of parking was a surprise charge. Then we couldn't find a spot. Had to drive around the parking ramp 3 times before we got a spot. The hotel should reserve spots for hotel guests or have a valet option. I would have paid for valet parking.”

• You have to pay for parking and breakfast.

“The hotel was a nice hotel, with friendly staff. However you do have to pay to park and breakfast is not included in the price of your room.”

• The pool is to deep for young swimmers.

“Everything was great, except the pool was to deep to swim with a young swimmer. The pool started at 4' and went to 7'. It is more suitable for older and better swimmers.”

• The location is centrally located.
• The construction.

“The hotel was great we had a great experience, the only problem is our room was missing a light cover and the refrigerator defrosted with the water over flowing, which we considered very minor.”

• I had a great view of the downtown and I felt it was well worth what I paid.
• The elevator in the parking structure was way scary.

• Location, location, location--I always appreciate that I am able to walk to many favorite destinations in Lincoln.
• The parking garage is awful with tight turns. I was glad I had a compact car when I was parking and leaving the hotel.

“This Holiday Inn is an older hotel in the heart of the Haymarket. Lots of effort has been put into continually updating all the areas of the hotel and this makes the travelers' stay a very pleasant one.”

• Fantastic location in Hay market District in Lincoln. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, book stores. W
• Well worn, used, looks like it needs remodeling.

“Everything was great about this motel except its physical condition. Worn rooms, floors, walls, dirty elevators, etc. However, personnel were pleasant, accommodating. This is THE most fantastic location. I loved being right downtown and so close to so many businesses, book stores, coffee shops, restaurants. I just didn't spend much time in the motel!!”

“Rooms in this hotel are substandard...cracked plaster...peeling wallpaper...room darkening drapes that do not close all the way (Room 303)...mold in bathroom...damaged lampshade liner...loose lighting switches...rough dirty-white towels that do not smell clean (Room 312). In addition, they charged me $6 for parking!”
