Jill from Columbia, MO
“Terrible stay. Security doors to the outside didn't work, neither room key worked and had to be replaced, room smelled awful and had cobwebs and hair everywhere. Continental breakfast was a joke, cereal dispensers clogged, old packaged Danishes, stale bread, ran out of coffee and staff wouldn't make more, nothing fresh except maybe a waffle if you could get to it as they had only one waffle iron for 30+ people crowded into a small room. The pool water tasted like seawater and was so cloudy it looked dangerous, and the Jacuzzi spa was filthy. It was an okay price for a place to sleep but we will not be staying there again.” Sep 9, 2008 by
Chris. from Longmont, CO
“When a drunk man in a neighboring room was threatening to kill his wife, the manager did little to stop the incident. We felt very unsafe and unsupported by the manager. They would not call the police, even after this man threatened violence and kept all neighboring tenants awake and in fear for their safety.” Jul 31, 2008 by
Jeff from Osage City, KS
“I did not think this hotel reflected well the Ramada name. Even with a 2 star hotel, I expect the room to feel clean, the bathroom to be clean and a feel of professionalism. These were lacking. The front desk help was very friendly and helpful. That was a plus.” Jul 29, 2008 by
Emily from Lincoln, NE
“Cheapest. Smelled bad the minute we walked in the door. The attendant who was on duty let his kids run loose in the pool area - unsupervised for hours. Most of the breakfast items were gone by 8:30 on Saturday morning.” Jul 4, 2008 by
Tami from O'Neill, NE
“The bed was fantastic and I slept like a baby. The hotel exterior, grounds were very rough and almost looked like it was abandoned. The hallways and rooms were also in about as poor looking condition except that it appeared that they did just recently get new hallway carpet. The breakfast was very good!” Apr 25, 2008 by
Susanne from New Sharon, IA
“I was very unhappy to see this hotel. It was dirty; the public restroom in the main lobby had cereal in the sink that no one had cleaned up. The pool area was unfinished and dirty (restroom). The rooms were definitely unkempt and the staff at the front desk was not helpful, instead appeared to be bothered when asked questions.” Apr 22, 2008 by

“This hotel while close to the airport and reasonably prices was not clean. The bathroom especially was not well maintained. The shower did not work properly, paper was peeling from walls.” Aug 26, 2007 by
Himanshu from Sierra Vista, AZ
“A bad hotel in desperate need for renovation.” Aug 22, 2007 by
Simo from Los Angeles, CA
“The whole hotel smells like someone used way too much flowery perfume to try to cover up some kind of bad smell. The result is that the hotel smells sickeningly floral, in a fake, disgusting kind of way. It was seriously nauseating. Everything looked clean, but this smell was so strong, it made the whole stay intolerable. I almost left and went to another hotel.” Aug 4, 2007 by
Lisa from Bettendorf, IA
“We enjoyed our stay and felt the value was in line with our expectations.” Jul 5, 2007 by
Howard from Loomis, NE
“I suppose weary tired person could over come the noisy air conditioner. All in all it wasnt a bad experience.” Jun 24, 2007 by
Aaron from Burlington, IA
“This place is close to I-80 and I thought this would be great place to rest on my way to Colorado. I was wrong. The place was disgusting. Not just outdated, but really quite gross. My first room was malodorous, the a/c didn't seem to work, had stains on the bed linen and recliner, and had human hair on the toilet. I asked to change rooms and they accommodated me, but the other room was only slightly better.” May 1, 2007 by
Richard from Cedar Rapids, IA
“Until there remodeling is completed I suggest you not use this hotel.” Apr 25, 2007 by

“The desk chair was so wobbly you couldn't sit on it & the recliner had what looked like a large urine stain all over the seat. The room was dirty; the blankets had holes in them. We were planning 2 nights but left after one.” Oct 5, 2006 by
Rod from Wichita, KS
“The staff was friendly. The outside appearance was fine but the inside (rooms) were old and out of date giving it an unclean feel to it.” Sep 25, 2006 by
Mike from Anderson, IN
“Would not recommend this hotel for future stays it needed to be updated very bad. Exit is not real traveler friendly. Food choices were not real good and there wasn't anything else to do at that exit. It was convenient to I-80 which got you to other exits and downtown where we did find restaurants, shops, movies and other activities. Wish I had paid a little more for much better accommodations.” Hotel Representatives:
