• It has a great place for kids.
• I got sick from the food and the pool water was cold.

“The staff was great and we knew what to expect as we have stayed there before. But it was very cold out and the water could have been heated more. I think the food I got sick from was because they fried chicken strips in the batter they cook seafood in and I am allergic to seafood!”

• Large water/pool area.
• Nothing to dislike.

“Easy to find, family friendly, spacious rooms, attentive staff. When traveling in this area, the kids request that we stay at this hotel. We are never disappointed.”

• The water park was a nice distraction from the crappy accommodations.
• The noise level was outrageous, impossible to sleep/relax.

“Our room was awful! The noise level was out of control. We could hear everything. We were staying there so my daughter could attend and compete in a cheer competition and all of us were kept up until 4 in the morning due to the noise. I was horrible, not ever returning to this hotel again.”

• Great water park and pool. Kids loved it.
• Pool area opens too late in the morning. Kids could not swim before we had to be on the road.

• We loved the pool area - which is why we chose this hotel!
• I wish there was a mini fridge and microwave in every room.

“This hotel was great - the kids loved playing in the pirate ship and all of us loved going down the big water slide! We will definitely stay here again!”

• Like the water park. This was our second stay in this hotel.
• They did not have extra pillows, no towels in the swimming area.

“I know it was a busy weekend (Labor Day), but we swam for hours, and no towels were brought in. We ended up walking back to our room dripping water all over.”

• Live band on a Wednesday night, too loud.

“We loved the watermark at this hotel, but the live band was too loud; especially for a Wednesday evening, when we had to get up the next morning and go to work.”
