• Clean, good space, close to airport, good parking.

“Good stay - and the shuttle service to and from the airport was punctual and professional. If they let me leave my car in their lot as they did on this trip, I will try to stay in their hotel again when I travel from Sioux Falls.”

• I really liked the overall appearance, cleanliness and comfortable feeling of the hotel. The rooms are great and the beds are excellent.

“I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated and functionally arranged. The beds were outstanding. Clean exceptionally comfortable and the pillows were fantastic. And the rooms were quiet.”

• Private continental breakfast room, not full of people in their pajamas.
• Room was warmer than we like.

• Unruly, loud, drunk crowd from nearby concert at hotel.

“Enjoyed the room very nice and clean, staff was average. Loud and unruly people from concert held across parking lot were all over hotel grounds and in lobby. Police dealing with a drunk concert-goer near front entrance of hotel when we checked in was a definite turn off. We were thankful we didn't have our children with us!”

• Maid entering our room without knocking loudly.

• Spacious room, comfortable beds and very clean.
• The hot tub could have been warmer in my opinion, but still relaxing and clean.

• The service was wonderful even though I was a needy guest.
• The only thing I didn't like was the trash outside was overflowing one night and you will need a bathmat in the shower it is slick.

“The front desk people were all wonderfully helpful and the first night I couldn't sleep because it was too quiet. They were wonderful to provide me with a fan, it worked great. The room was above my expectations, would be great for any business traveler. They upgraded me to the club level which was nice. That may be why it was quiet. I didn't get a chance to try the pool but it looked very nice. I was a needy traveler. they provided me with a fan, a bathmat (tub was slick) and all the other things I needed. May I add, it was all done with a friendly smile. The lobby is beautiful and well taken care of. I didn't have a chance to try the restaurant. They are really close to falls park. It is a beautiful thing.”

“Everything was fine. I can't believe in this day and age when the internet is everywhere that you would charge $10.00 for 24 hours. Seems too steep. Other hotels offer it as a free service.”

• The layout of the building.
• The service of the attendants. Rude!

“This hotel did not meet any of my expectations that I have for this chain. The hotel itself was alright, I did enjoy the large open spaces as far as the customer service and attentiveness, I didn't see any. The employees were rude, unhelpful. I will never go back to this chain again.”

• Nice decor, clean, pool was warm.
• Noisy because of atrium area, charge for internet connection, slow service.

“At first glance, the hotel is beautiful with a centre atrium the full height of the building (six stories), greenery, waterfall, glass elevators. However, it was soon apparent that it was also a design flaw. Our room was noisy. The bar area is in the atrium on the main floor, and we could constantly hear people laughing and talking. We could also hear the elevators constantly beeping on every floor. Service was mediocre - the staff was not very quick (example - it should not take over 4 hours to replace a missing ice bucket!). We were disappointed to find that they charged for both wireless and wired internet access (even the 1 hotels we stay at have free internet!), and were disgusted when the internet connection was very off and on, with more downtime than not (again, even 1 hotels have better internet service than that!). We certainly wouldn't stay here again.”

• Very close to everything/Sioux Falls Canaries a walk across parking lot.
• Almost all rooms are over-looking the noisy courtyard/bar.

“I was greeted with a smile and a thank you on arrival and departure. The professional Baseball stadium is a short walk across parking lot. The king-size bad was warm and comfortable. Other than the courtyard noise, it was a very pleasant experience.”

• The kids loved the pool area.
• It was little far away from decent restaurants.

“This hotel was very nice. The room was clean and beautiful. I liked how you needed a card key to get into the pool area, made me feel safe. The kids loved the pool. My youngest son also loved checking out the koi/goldfish in the ponds. We would definitely stay here again!”

• Could not get key to work, refrigerator cost $25 per night, no breakfast.

“It is a lovely hotel, but having to use key card for access to 6th floor was ridiculous as key would not work and you would ride the elevator up and down for several minutes before you could get to the floor.”

• The tubs were dangerously slippery!

• The noise was awful! The staff was rude.

“The staff made me feel inferior and low class. They were rude sometimes. The children running around the hotel were uncontrolled and the older guests were allowed to be noisy at all hours. Staff stood outside the doors smoking and threw butts on the ground. That is uncalled for at any public place.”

“Everything was great but the restaurant staff called my room twice at 10:20 and again at 10:30 pm. I was asleep and the matter at hand could easily have been handled in the morning when I checked out. I thought it was handled unprofessionally for a hotel of this quality.”

• Fancy and upscale looking, room was large.
• The bed was hard, it wasn't the same kind I had last time I stayed at that hotel.

“The only reason I stay at that hotel is because of the beds they normally have in their rooms, but this time they had a regular hard uncomfortable bed. I did not enjoy that at all! Everything else was nice and as I expected.”
