• Restaurant.
• Rooms, hall ways, filth, elev. Everything.

“The worst hotel I have stayed in all my life (all most 60 years old) filth. Hall ways. Elevators. Do I have to say more?”

• The internet never worked inside the room

• It was away from downtown Dallas and the pool was wonderful.
• There wasn't any creamer or sugar in the room for my coffee.

• Good location. Good price.
• Nothing "select" about the room. Broken TP dispenser, knob

“Location & staff were OK. The room itself was not "select". Door knob came off, toilet dispenser broke and overall condition just seemed very worn. Wished I was travelling with Aaanold because the effort needed to open or close the sliding door to the balcony was unbelievable!”

• Very clean and attractive. Indoor pool and restaurant nice.
• The kingsize bed had flat sheets on the bottom that kept coming loose; I had to keep getting up and adjusting during the night. Very frustrating.

“Overall the hotel is very clean and attractive. I did not have much interaction with the staff on this trip. However, we left a request for a 7am wakeup call. I had just had eye surgery and had to be back to the doctor by 8:15 am for my recheck. We DID NOT get any wakeup call and woke up after 8 am. I was late for my appointment. Fortunately my doctor was still able to work me in, or my overnight stay that was in order to be on time would have been a waste of money.”

• Great indoor pool and jacuzzi!
• Upgrade to the executive floor served stale breakfast.

“The staff was friendly and accommodating. Just a few inconsistencies were noted in service. Upon mentioning these to the manager, I was compensated adeaquately. Overall, this is a super value! I'll be back.”

• Carpets were sticky, AC controls were fake and did not respond to changes

• Comfortable and convenient.
• I had to plug the lamp in, and the outlet was loose and seemed dangerous.

“They told me they had in-room wireless. When I got there two days later, they said the wireless service had been down for the last 3-4 days and it didn't come back up while I was there. Their business office also did not have access although the desk clerk told me they did. Slipshod operation, but the room was okay.”
