• It had a great indoor pool and outdoor pool.
• Our room was difficult to keep cool.

“This hotel was conveniently located and had a great indoor and outdoor pool. The staff was not very friendly and did not promptly assist us with the malfunctioning thermostat in our room.”

• Enjoyed the water park.
• We were booked into a room without a window. It felt claustrophobic.

“The staff and common areas were fine. We just did not like having a window-less room!”

• Excellet indoor water park.
• AC did not work in the hotel room.

“AC did not work in the hotel room and staff did not seemed to be concerned about it the next morning when I informed them of the problem at check out.”

• The pool area for the children was nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
• There was nothing wrong that didn't get taken care of.

“We went for a one night stay. The kids liked the pool area. The rooms were nice. Our fire alarm was beeping and door connecting the rooms didn't work. Maintenance came right up and fixed both. I asked for a crib at 9:30 p.m. and the staff brought it right up. My one year old accidentally pressed the remote and ordered a music station. The staff took the charge off. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean nice rooms.”
