• I just love the hotel period for the price. Very classy.

“One thing I don't like is the $50 hold on my debit card for each day I stay. That can get expensive even though the funds are returned at a later date.”

• I really love how quite it was and the room was very roomy and had a living area with a fridge. Very nice.
• The room was a little musty smelling when we first went in but after turning on the air it was fine.

“Our room was quiet and roomy. Like that the bedroom can be shut off from the living area and that there are TVs in both areas. We were especially impressed with the visibility of the security.”

• Very convenient to highways, clean, friendly staff, affordable.
• Lack of access - late night. One of the gates are closed after a certain hour. But no major problem.

“A very nice hotel for the price. Free internet service, convenient to major highways, friendly staff, spacious rooms. That's better than that cheap motel who claim to keep the lights on. I travel a great deal and I'm always utilizing on-line deals to book my hotel. This hotel was a very good choice - I highly recommend it! Hope to stay there again.”

• The inside of this hotel was beautifully designed with a romantic atmosphere.
• The front desk clerks were unfriendly and with my disability did not offer assistance.

• Huge room, microwave + refrigerator, good cardio: 2 treadmills, 1 eliptical + 3 bikes.
• Not enought strenght training.

“GREAT place for business, huge suits, free internet, microwave, refrigerator, very comfortable beds, good cardio area (needs more stranght training, it has only a few free weights), very clean, very friendly people.”

• Very clean rooms, nice beds and good air conditioning
• i liked my overall experience, and will stay there again

“Hotel was very clean and not too crowded. Swimming pool was nice and so was the gym. Both were a little small but nice. Family friendly. Did not have to pay for parking. Close to everything that we did in Dallas. I will stay there again. No complimentary breakfast, but had a breakfast buffet that was $ 11.00 per person and was really good!”

• Beautiful lobby. The rooms are spacious and clean.

“We've stayed at the Crowne Plaza several times, and it's always clean and the staff is always friendly. The rooms are large with a sitting area, two sinks, a mini fridge, and a bedroom. We stay here anytime we want to spend an evening in Dallas, it only takes about 15 minutes to get downtown.”

• The rooms were spacious and had fridge and microwave in room.

“ When I arrived, they initially gave me a room that was level with the roof and AC units, tucked back between conference rooms. Windows didn't seem secure. I went to front desk, and they were able to change the room to a normal room which worked out very nice, no problems rest of trip which was 6 nights. Great place to stay! ”

• Rooms were nice and plenty big. Staff was helpful and friendly.
• Only that we were not able to get the type of rooms we needed when we checked in. Hotel was overbooked.

• Atrium atmosphere and all rooms were suites. Nicely decorated. Located near major freeways.
• Breakfast buffet was way overpriced. Food was not worth the price.

“Came through on vacation with family. The room we were given closed off so that my daughters had their own TV and hide-a-bed in one room and my wife and I had a nice TV and king size bed in the other. Fridge and microwave came in handy. Room was worth 5 times the price.”

• Very enjoyable for longer stays, exceptional staff.
• While clean and well taken care of its an older hotel and slightly shows its age.

“Quality staff, nice hotel, nice amenities for a longer stay. The hotel is slightly older (brass fixtures, laminate counters) which holds it back from 4 star but is exceptionally well maintained. Staff has been very helpful even for the unusual requests. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• Quality furnishings, well maintained.
• A little hard to find the first time (off of Coit RD).

“I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza - Dallas Park Central several times over the past two years. The condition of the hotel is consistently clean and well maintained. The staff is attentive and well-trained, and I recognize the same staff from one trip to the next - very low staff turnover compared to other hotels. That tells me they are treating their employees right, and the staff is proud to work at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and offer a good range of amenities. Best of all, the wireless internet works! I have made this hotel my first choice when I'm on business travel in Dallas. I recommend it for business and vacation travelers.”

• The cleanliness, the friendliness of the bar attendant (lady).
• The original room assigned to us smelled so strong of cigarette and one treadmill was broken.

• It was clean, large rooms, staff was very helpful.
• There was a lot of teenage kids being very loud and distrustful staff did try to stop it but could have done more.

“This was a great hotel, staff was friendly and really tried to do what they could to accommodate you. The teenagers being distrustful was from one particular softball team that was staying there and they waited to long, until people complained before trying to stop it.”

• Love their sleep aides.
• Charged full price for breakfast buffet for six year old!

“At Coit and 635, convenient to north Dallas. Opulent lobby. I slept without waking the first night which is rather unusual. I was with my 6, 5, and 3 year old grandchildren who swam. I could sit in the shade and read while watching them. Apparently the kitchen trash is close to the swimming pool or the trash cans at the pool needed to be emptied because each breeze brought a garbage stench. Since you don't get the breakfast buffet free, be sure to ask the cost and make sure that's where you want to put your money. McDonalds is across the street for the children and Starbucks is across the parking lot. CVS also across the parking lot. This is a great place to stay.”
