• We enjoyed the bar. Very clean, great atmosphere, most of all your employees were great!
• Shampoo. That's it.

• The staff was very friendly and the room was in great shape and clean.

“I was quickly greeted as I walked through the front door with a beautiful lobby and was greeted by the front desk. The room was great and the bed was heavenly. It was a great stay and I'd go back again and again.”

• The bed and the spacious room.
• The pool was a little dirty and small for such a nice hotel.

“The hotel was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was very clean, the halls were a little drab. The batteries were dead in the remote control so we did not watch TV. This was not a priority in our stay in Dallas so that did not really matter. The coffee however was the incorrect type for the coffee maker so we could not use it. Overall, the hotel was lovely and our stay was excellent. Would stay there again.”

• The bed was so comfortable.
• Wished they had a quick breakfast option like a cart in the lobby.

“Our overall experience was great. I wish we could have stayed longer. The room was large and comfortable. They may need to do some updates but it was obvious they had updated some things in order to be considered 4-star.”

• The heavenly bed makes going to sleep easy.
• You must pay for parking $12 for self-park or $20 valet.

“This is a wonderful hotel with lots of good service and a fast check in procedure. You have to pay to use the business office computers and since all we needed was a document printed, the front desk gladly printed our paper and it looked professional.”

• There was a Starbucks in the lobby.
• They ran out of coffee one morning!!

“The hotel was packed with kids auditioning for a talent/model expo and it was very overcrowded. The concierge and manager were not helpful at all. The room was adequate and comfortable. The food was overpriced even in the restaurant, and I was so shocked that the Starbucks ran out of coffee at 9 am! How do you run out of coffee?”

• Bedding except pillows, two shower heads with great water pressure.
  
• Pillows, tight parking, too warm with AC turned all the way down.

• The location was great for the things we were going to do.
• The shower did not have very much pressure and it even had two heads on it.

“The staff was friendly and helpful. Comfort of the room was great. The location was perfect for what we were going to do on this trip. Shower or water pressure needs some work. Even with two heads on it, the water pressure was not good.”

• No vending machines. No game room for kids. Outdated or needed updating. Parking expensive.

“The front desk clerk who checked me in was very friendly, however, valet/bell hop folks were not so friendly. It seemed like there were charges for everything.”

“Westin is a classy and fine hotel. However, the hotel seems a little dated. There were also lots of kids running around during our weekend stay and that made the hotel loud.”

• Close to the testing center my husband attended.
• Run down and not heavenly bed.

“It was not a 4 or 5 star hotel and it was rundown and dirty and much used. Cleaning staff was rude; breakfast was terribly expensive and not appropriate for the selection.”

• Shuttle did not run as they told us. Refrigerator was filthy in our room.

• Initially got a smoking room but after some wrangling with staff, got non smoking room.

“We have always had a generally good experience at the Westin Park Central. It was disappointing to get a smoking room even after we asked the front desk for a non smoking room upon arrival. After we called the 1-800 number for Westin reservations and inquired about non-smoking room availability, we learned there were at least two non smoking rooms available. We then told the front desk that we knew there were non smoking rooms available and they finally gave us one. Other than this experience, we've had no problems at the Westin Park Central in Dallas, TX.”

• The heavenly beds were great!
• Parking was to much $10.00 to self park. $18.00 for valet.

“This hotel is in a great location. But its kind of hard to find. I know Dallas pretty good and I had trouble getting there. As for the accommodations they were OK. The heavenly beds were very comfortable. It would have been nice if the refrigerator could have been used. Instead they had it full with things to purchase which of course was very high. And be careful not to open the flap which holds the contents it charges to your room automatically. All in all it was a good stay. ”

• Great beds. Nice room.
• 4 stars is generous, facilities are nice.

“With freeway construction ending around this location, the property is far more accessible than it has been for a couple of years. Prices are cheaper, I think, due to the lack of access during the construction period. The Heavenly Bed is wonderful, but not much of a view. Staff is generally pleasant. Nice bar off the lobby. Valet parking is not worth the effort or expense, but there is a parking garage with very easy access immediately behind the hotel, it's faster to retrieve your own car. Some recurring problems with false fire alarms in the middle of the night and early morning, this has happened on 3 out of my last 4 stays, so may be it's just my bad luck. Mini bars in room.”

• The pool area and gym facility were fabulous, Loved it.
• Hot tub closes at 10 P.M. Many times on business, I don't get back till 11 P.M.

“The Westin was fantastic, I've stayed at probably 5 of there hotels and each time they've made me smile at my choice as well as catch me saying I love this hotel. Great stay. I'm a happy customer.”

• Some of the staff were not very friendly when asked questions, didn't return a call when a problem was discovered.

“Nice Hotel. Some of the hotel staff were excellent. The food and staff in the cafe and the pub were both excellent. The hotel didn't return phone calls after a problem was discovered and called about after departing the hotel, when something was left in a room.”

• We were in a corner room, with no other patrons close.
• The room had only one bed and no sofa or love seat just a chair. The room was small.

“The lobby of the hotel was very nice and clean, and the personal were very pleasant. Our room was easy to find. It was unexpectedly small for a 4 star hotel and for the price that I had to pay to get it. I have had much nicer facilities in a three star for less Money. When I went down in the morning to check out after the maid had already been to the door, and the fire alarm had gone off, and even the maid did not have any idea what to do. There happened to be no one at the desk for a few minutes, then I had to wait while she went in the Back to get the details of my payment, instead of having the computer at the front desk. ”

• The bed and pillows were the best I have experienced in a hotel in a long time.
• The location has a lot of traffic congestion nearby. Also, it was not very full and felt a little cavernous in the lobby and restaurants.

“It met my needs. It was a little dated and more like a faded 4 star but as I mentioned the bed and pillows were great and a good nights sleep is very important while traveling. I would stay here again.”

• The bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms very clean.
• They charge extra for parking and internet access and do not provide breakfast. So, the price is discounted but the services are also limited.

“They charge $10 extra each day for parking and $10 each day for internet access. Breakfast is extra as well. The has a very comfortable room and a great bed. We actually parked across the street for free at the Sheraton per the recommendation of the front desk.”

• Exceeded expectations with regard to amenities and comfort.
• Staff was unable to assist in obtaining "bridge" for internet connection. Had to determine method of connecting on my own.

• Great location. Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Quality hotel.
• They tack on $10 a day or $18 a day for parking. If you have a tall vehicle its $18 valet because the garage is low.

“Great hotel in good location. However, because of the parking situation, you are going to significantly increase your daily amount. I won't stay here again because of that.”

• Hot tub was cold one afternoon.

“A beautiful facility with large comfortable rooms. Great place to exercise and swim. Meals were very good except on Sunday when Pub was only thing open. Dining room almost deserted except at breakfast.”

• The facililty seems to be a bit dated compared to other Westin Hotels

“The construction in the area is a bit of a turn-off, but the price paid for the room more than makes up for the inconvenience.I have stayed at this hotel several times, and never have any problems”

• I do not like how they charge u 4 items u don't use.

• The quick access to the freeway was very nice.

“The hotel was nice. I had recently stayed at the Westin in St Louis and New Orleans and this west in did not meet up to those standards. It was obvious that the inside had not be redone in the last decade. The heavenly bed was perfection and the check in was the smoothest I had had in a long while.”

• Parking garage access, very convenient.
• The Starbucks stand was closed on Saturday morning.

“Centrally located between the Galleria, North park Shopping Center and numerous restaurants in North Dallas. Starbucks coffee in the room. The Heavenly Bed always makes for a comfortable and relaxing night's sleep. Although parking cost $10 it is convenient and accessible to the hotel lobby.”
