• The main thing for me was no coffee maker in the room.

“A coffee maker should have been in the room, but there wasn't one. So I asked for one and was told one was not available, I asked if the motel was full, the reply was no. And the offer to get a coffee maker from another room was not made, therefore, I will not be staying there on my next visit to Sioux Falls, next month.”

• Clean, friendly and good shopping close by.
• A little musty, but not bad overall.

“This hotel was great for a weekend stay. My parents and I needed a room basically for sleeping and showering, we were out and about most of the day. This fit our needs and I would recommend it to friends and family.”

• Staff was very friendly. The stay was quiet, didn't hear a lot of noise from other rooms.
• Bathroom was dirty. Found a roach in our room.

“The good points were over cast by the bad ones. Everything about the bathroom made me nervous to use. Had nasty hair from previous people, dirty ice collector and I don't know anyone that would brew coffee in that pot. Finding a roach on the ceiling no fun, thank God it was our last night there. Not worth the money I saved.”

• Everything was fine, I have no complaints.

“The hotel was conveniently located to the expressway. Was visible from the road and each to get to. Hotel appearance was neat and clean. The lobby, room and staff were excellent.”

• I like where it was located. Not on a busy road but close to everything we wanted.

“The continental breakfast was good. The help was all friendly. We like alittle coffee while we get ready in the morning before breakfast so that is always a plus.”

“The hotel was a good service to me. I wanted a non-smoke room when I came. The give me a smoke rooms but the when I can back done the stairs the came me a non-smoke room. The hotel team was A++. clean room, good breakfast, and god basic service.”

• They had a very good continental breakfast.
• The walls were thin, you could hear what was going on around.

“It was a nice place to stay. The worst thing were the cheap walls. The breakfast that was provided was very good and it saves a lot of money when you don't have to go out for breakfast too.”

• It is close to shopping.
• No elevator and the staff was pretty bad. We always hold our breath and hope for the Fairfield Inn which is a lot better.

“Make sure you don't over sleep if you are expecting to eat their breakfast. It is from 6:00AM to 9:00 AM on the dot. We missed breakfast. The room was okay nothing special.”

• Lacked an elevator.

“Location was good, on a quiet street off the main thoroughfare. Just minutes from mall, Wal-Mart, Target and many other stores & services. Hotel itself was typical for its class. A/C was noisy. The continental breakfast offered several appealing selections, including fresh waffles. I'd stay there again.”

• The room was neat, clean and nicely furnished. Not old and drab.
• Bathroom was rather small.

“The motel was nice and conviently located. We got the "last" non-smoking room available, because we should have called to verify. ”

• Clean, convenient, front desk staff very nice.
• Spa jets not up to par. Pool area too hot, and to much clorine. Clean up staff blocking hallway while loading their carts. No elevator.

“Very close to Interstate, shopping, and dining in all price ranges. Clean rooms and an nice breakfast served. Flower pots by front door in red, white, & blue colors very welcoming, along with wooden benches. No elevator is a big negative. The pool and spa clorine levels were much to high, and pool water way to hot. Spa jets were nonexistant. Really just a hot dip in the water, rather than a spa.”
