• Quiet location, good breakfast, fun pool.
• Without a GPS it would have been difficult to locate.

“Our visit was pleasant. Pool was open till midnight and the breakfast was good.”

• The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
• I was working and the staff was loud and watching TV in the lobby.

“The hotel was beautiful and the room was extremely comfortable. I needed to work in the business center which was located in the lobby. The staff at the front desk was very loud and watching TV while working. It was very distracting. My suggestion is to move the business area to a muted area.”

• Lots of pillows, decent size room for price.

  little hard to get to, its in the back of a large commercial park.

“I have stayed here before, the last time they were under construction. I liked the hotel a lot. It is convenient to restaurants, gas stations, and some shopping. They still need to add automatic front doors.”

• The front desk clerk - she was so friendly & helpful.

“Secure & friendly. I was traveling with only my young son & felt safe. The front desk clerk went above & beyond to make sure our needs were met. No hotel restaurant, but a great steakhouse within walking distance. The hotel also had free coffee and breakfast munchies available in the AM. Great pool & hot tub! Lots of towels available. Without hesitation, I would stay there again.”

“The coffee pot was still filled with old coffee and a dirty filter. One of the maids barged in while the privacy tag was in the card slot. I was currently in a state of undress to say the least.”

• The traffic getting to the hotel.

“Excellent place to stay for family with kids. It has a small but nice indoor pool. Our room had two queen beds and was good size. Hotel staff was very friendly.”

• I didn't like the location of the hotel in relation to where we went for "in-town" entertainment.

• Pool area is loud but that is due to the amount of people in the area, not the fault of the hotel.

• I liked all the accommodations, nothing extremely high classed, but that is what I like. comfortable, clean, nice environment.
• Finding the hotel, unaware of where the mall was, sign from rd. or plz have exit # and direction to turn with st name.

“We all enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Pleased with everything room, pool, hot tub, friendly clerks and bed/breakfast, all was great. Thanks a lot. I hope I will be able to book this hotel on future travels. Thanks again.”

• The beds were very comfortable, more so than most hotels.
• The walls were a little thin, easy to hear people walking by our room.

• The sound reverberates in the pool area. Acoustics are very bad, making it extremely noisy with just a few children playing there.

• This hotel has always been clean, friendly, and check in/check out quick.
• Lack of seating area for breakfast.

“The hotel is clean and friendly. Very close to the mall and interstate exchange for quick trip to any part of Sioux Falls. The breakfast selection has been increased for a wide variety to accommodate the pickiest eater. Also had board games available to play for more family togetherness. Way to go Fairfield Inn.”
