• The king-size bed was great, the kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and dishes was very convenient.
• Had a view of a brick wall and air conditioning units outside our window.

“I would recommend this hotel. It was clean, well-kept, and we had absolutely no problems. The kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator (with ice maker - a plus!). WI-FI made it nice to be able to use our laptop computer. Room was cleaned even though we didn't leave it until late morning.”

• Our room was very large and nice. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
• We wish we could have stayed longer.

“We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and we liked the fact the you could give a grocery list to the the staff by 9:00 am and have it delivered to our room that same day. The staff was very pleasant. The location is kind of odd in that it's around the mall parking lot.”

• I liked the location and size of the room. Fitness room.
• Strong smell in fitness room. Appeared a little older.

• The staff at night - the one woman on duty was friendly and helpful.
• The staff in the morning were all cold and distant.

“This is where I'd want to be if I were staying a week or more, with one or two people, and my company was footing the bill. The main bed was comfortable enough that my wife, who has trouble sleeping away from home, actually was able to rest, so I have to recommend the place for that alone. Even though the hotel allows pets, we were not disturbed by any noises. However, we were told to expect more than one protein on the breakfast bar, and the only one offered was eggs - not friendly to us low-carvers.”

• It would have been nice to have a mirror on the back of a door, etc.

• I liked that the bed had a comforter with a washable cover.
• The TV guide was a channel and not interactive.

“My husband and I were extremely pleased with the cleanliness and fresh smell of our room, the cozy set-up and the friendly staff. Their breakfasts are some of the best we've seen in a hotel.”

• Shower was wonderful & all facilities excellent-loved 2 long windows.
• Nothing.

“This is an excellent place to stay and will definitely stay here again. I raved about this hotel to my family. Love the suite feel - staff were excellent and extremely accommodating. Love this place - can't say enough.”

• The room was incredible and the service was wonderful, too. We had never been in a hotel that was so concerned to satisfy our every want and need!
• Everything was great. No complaints at all!

“The hotel offers very nice rooms with a full kitchen, complete with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven and even a dishwasher in our room. The breakfast and hospitality time passed our expectations. We would love to go here any time again! When we were checking out, the manager asked how our stay was. I told him that it was absolutely wonderful. He asked if there was anything that they could have done to make it better (!) And I told him that it was just incredible and I couldn't think of a thing to improve it!”

• The pool area was great, and we really liked the breakfast buffet.
• The suite did not meet my expectations. Just an "L" shaped hotel room.

“I was expecting a suite that had separate sleeping and common rooms. I was a little disappointed to see that they were all connected without a separation / door. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the hotel. The staff was very helpful.”
