• Quiet, clean, balcony.
• The lobby being closed, no luggage carts.

“It was fine but I was alone arriving and had a lot of luggage and there was not a luggage cart anywhere. The front desk clerk was not the friendliest,”

• Clean, nice staff and good location.

“Very clean, good bedding and helpful staff. Nice hot tub area for winding down at the end of the day. Nice work out facility. Only downside is unable to switch to two double beds instead of one king bed after booking, even though they were available.”

• I think it was a very clean room plus all the accommodations were excellent.

• They would not accommodate us by getting us two rooms in the same section of the hotel when we requested this upon arrival.

• They provided us with a fridge at no cost and the Courtyard was very nice.
• We liked everything.

“It was a nice place to stay in an upscale area. Lots of great restaurants were close by. They had a shuttle that would take you to restaurants or shopping. Staff was very helpful. It was great.”

• Beautiful location and the rooms were very clean. The staff was outstanding!
• Not a lot of parking.

“When we arrived, a very nice lady checked us in. She quickly gave us our room card keys and even made a special effort to get us in a room, where we had quick and easy access in and out. Did not eat there but I did notice the breakfast buffet was a little pricey ($9.95). Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. We had a very good experience!”

• We stayed in room by pool, and loved how we could get to pool and hot area.
• Finding the ice machine.

• A little farther from fields (traveled from fort worth to play softball in McKinney).

• Lobby area had many adults drinking alcohol they had purchased off site.

• They are doing some work/renovation at this time, but only temporary.

“We had a great stay. Our room was clean, nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable and we got a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good with a lot of food choices, including hot items. We would definitely stay here again!”

• A/c was wall unit that was a little loud. Didnt see hairdryer.

“Excellent for the business and leisure traveler who just need an excellent place to stay without the convenience of in-house fine dining and socialization. Bathroom facility was excellent and the supply of towels and other amenities were generous. The exercise room is open 24 X 7, ideal if you come in late and need to workout before bed. Convenient to major highways, and fine restaurants. With a friendly and courteous staff that are always ready to help.”

“This is an excellent hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean. The hotel is non-smoking and has an excellent breakfast. The beds were turned down and everything was clean and fresh. It is in a very nice part of Plano and is easy to find and accessible. I would stay there again anytime.”

• I was impressed with the facility and staff as they were matched in their quest to make me feel comfortable. I will return.
• The parking lot was shaped rather tight as far as security issues went. Would've preferred more open access.
