• It was convenient to city but just far enough out that it was quiet & simple to find.
• There were barely any
  TV channels to choose from.

“This hotel was very clean, the staff went above & beyond to accommodate our requests. The bed was comfortable & the linens were soft. It was a large room and had had an oversize shower.”

• Easy access. Right location for the travel purposes.
• During breakfast, most of the items offered were consumed before the breakfast end hours.

“Good location, easy access and quiet environment. Amenities and room equipment offered were as required for a short stay. Would use and recommend to friends in future trips to town.”

• Pool area. Breakfast buffet. Late checkout.
• Breakfast buffets ends at 10 a.m. However, at 9:45 they did not and would not put out anymore breakfast potatoes.

• The hotel was clean and the location was great.
• The food was just okay. The donuts were soggy like mush maybe sitting out too long or old. The coffee was way too strong! Other than that it was good.

“More than I was expecting for the price. Great rooms, very clean and location was convenient to Plano and Frisco shopping.”

• Very family friendly & breakfast was really good.

“We really enjoyed our stay. We thought the room was very homey and great for families. The breakfast was wonderful with many foods to choose from. It was the perfect place for us to stay while traveling with young children.”

• Loved the spacious room and kitchenette; excellent location!
• Unfriendliness of male hotel desk clerk at check in.

• Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast, nice staff, nice updates.
• I wanted 2 beds and got a bed & sofa sleeper.

“My review of the hotel in general would be great. Updated nicely and was all clean and fresh. The kitchen was very nice, the extra linens and towels were useful. My only "complaint" isn't really the fault of the hotel. I had 2 adults and 2 children and I got a room with one bed and a sofa sleeper, which wasn't great for our needs. It worked out fine, but wouldn't have been my first choice. ”

• The quality of the hotels is exceptional for the price.
• Only that there wasn't a pc within the hotel for guest use.

“The Residence Inn staff was very accomodating and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was the best I've had at this type of accomodation.”

• Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and rooms were nice and clean.
• Little out of the way for most things, but was nice and quiet.

• That the a/c controls were in each room not one that comes through the entire hotel.
• Nothing.

“They serve complimentary breakfast each day which was quick good. you get the newspaper every day. can't say enough how friendly the entire staff is. can't wait to go back!”
