• Friendly staff. comfortable. clean..really nicely decorated.
• The parking fees were outrageous. 25.00 anight to park.

“The hotel and its staff were a pleasure all the way around! The rodeo bar and grill was wonderful, we ate there on thanksgiving after the cowboy game, the server was awesome, great food, great fun.”

• Elegant.

• size of the room and bathroom was generous.
• The location of the TV was awkward. Had to call room service for ice.

• The beds were wonderful.

• Walking distance to about anything, its right in downtown.
• Old CRT TV seemed out of place, toilet clogged easily. Did not get either of 2 wake up calls.

“Nice hotel, all non-smoking, not really even a place outside to sit and smoke. I did not get either of 2 wake up calls, and the toilet clogged easily. The old composite TV seemed really out of place.”

• The staff and service was superb! The fresh flowers were beautiful and smelled wonderfully.
• I missed not having an ice machine at my disposal.

“Lots of old hotel charm with service above and beyond. The beds and linens were first class. Next time I'm in Downtown Dallas, I'll definitely want to check out the Adolph's.”

• Outstanding customer service. They really care.
• Maid service.

• Decor and size of room were fantastic.
• Downtown location was not good for leisure traveler.

“Hotel decor was very historic and charming - very large. Staff was friendly and courteous. Not the best location for the leisure traveler, only good if you have actual business in the downtown area.”

• One place I would not hesitate to return and recommend to friends and associate and family.
• Valet parking is not my cup of tea.

• Room was beautifully done. We like older hotel that have been renovated.
• Lost power in room had to be moved. Second room, toilet did not work.

“It's a beautiful hotel and would recommend it. However we had some bad luck with two rooms. Having to repack and dress to move to a second room was not only inconvenient but rushed us to get ready for an engagement we were attending that evening. The toilet would not flush on the second room but they did come and fix it after we left. The staff was helpful and embarrassed about all the problems. ”
